I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Papa John’s off Concord, for a last minute pizza order for my child’s holiday party - I must say, my experience was quite impressive!
First off, placing my order over the phone was a breeze. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire process seamless. It’s always nice to interact with employees who genuinely seem to care about providing good service.
When I arrived at the location, Evan and Taylor greeted me with smiles. They greeted everyone which created a welcoming atmosphere. The were super nice and attentive, which immediately made me feel at ease. What truly stood out was that my food was ready and hot upon my arrival. It’s clear they prioritize getting orders out in a timely manner without compromising on quality and special request.
I typically don’t frequent Papa John’s, but this visit has certainly made me rethink my options. The combination of excellent customer service and quality food has left a positive impression. I’ll definitely be considering Papa John’s as a go-to choice in the future. Highly recommend this location for anyone in the area! Also, thanks for being open at 10am!

I called in to check on my order and was told it was already picked up. After I called back twice, I was told that it doesn't have anything to do with them and I need to place another order. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the manner my concern was handled. When I asked how someone can just grab an order without confirmation, I was told to double check I ordered through the correct location after I had confirmed I did. Unfortunately, Papa John's has lost a customer of over 10 years.

I receive a burnt pizza from this location lastnight & was told by the night manager Navi that I could receive a refund for my balance back in full if I came in the store if I paid cash. I get to the store and was told I couldn’t get a refund but a credit or another pizza. The fact that drive a couple miles to this papa John’s on E and was told I couldn’t revive my refund.
