Ain’t no way it takes 26min to scoop some over priced cobbler into a cup and put it in a bag when there’s no other customers lol the one in Alpharetta is the only one with quick, sensible service at this point. Can’t even ask for a refund or cancellation because all sales are final for some reason, the scamming in Atlanta gotta stop fr.

This location looks and feels like a kiosk-y, takeout spot. It's small. No one was at the counter when I walked in. The peach cobbler, though not my Mama's (R.I.P.), and ice cream were very tasty!

Wasn’t sweet enough, not enough cinnamon, used canned peaches in which was hard but the dough wasn’t…it’s not southern enough for me👎🏾👎🏾

The portion size for the cobbler is wonderful! It would be nice to get more icecream. Still a very good solid business.

If you’re craving the best Southern desserts around, The Peach Cobbler Factory is a must-visit! Their peach cobbler—served warm with premium vanilla bean ice cream—is hands down the most comforting, homemade-tasting dessert I’ve had in a long time. They offer tons of other treats too: banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, milkshakes, cookies, brownies, and even crispy Churro Stix with dipping sauces.
The vibe is super welcoming, and you can tell everything is made with care and real Southern love. Whether you stop by their Smyrna location or grab delivery, it’s always a sweet experience. Plus, they cater and do mobile events, which is perfect for parties or work gatherings.
If you’re into authentic Southern sweets, don’t miss out—this place is growing fast with locations all over Georgia and the U.S. I’ll definitely be back for more!

We went in to this establishment today for the first time. The stafff was in the back when we arrived. They came out and were friendly! We had the brownie (extremely dry) , sugar cookie ( it tasted like pure baking soda - had to spit it out). , and the apple cobbler ( it was okay). We will not be returning.

A great place with great deserts.
Came in shortly before closing on July 17. The guy that was working there was all alone and they were quite busy. His customer service and skill were amazing. He was probably tired at the end of a long day, but was still courteous and quick. All of our desserts were packaged perfectly, tasty, and hot.

Canned peaches mixed with a textured pie crust crust. If you are use to good Southern Peach Cobbler this is a slap in the face.
