Today was our second time having food in our food last time it was in the spring roll and today it was in the pho. The customer service was not that good after the fact they were not trying to accommodate for anything. Owner looked like she had an attitude after we talk her and she walked away . DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU WANT HAIR IN YOUR FOOD AND RUDE OWNERS.

We have worst service from server, food is awesome but a female server that handle our table is awful, she took other customers order first that after us, have very rude attitude, dont even say you are welcome after we say thank you. I dont know i will go to this place again

Ive been coming to this location for many years, and always had a good experience, until today (9/05 8pm). Server had a terrible attitude and it seemed racially motivated. She was very kind to the white couple sitting across from us, but immediately changed tones and gave us attitude when she came to our table. I understand people can have bad days, but why discriminate? Please train your staff accordingly.

i eat here probably once a week and i always get the same thing: tender beef pho the wait staff is friendly and very attentive the pho is so flavorful and delicious, i literally refuse to eat pho anywhere else

The pho was mid. The soup has a lot of msg which isn’t that too good bc then it makes the soup too strong of that flavor. It’s not bad though. I had got the passion fruit boba tea and it’s good. But safe to say, just eat at your local pho place.

Well, this isn't my favorite Pho 24 location. The food was very good and everyone was happy. The bathrooms were awful and a mess. There is a language barrier, but the staff was friendly, and the food came out correctly.
The pho was phenomenal! The deco doesn’t match the atmosphere of a Vietnamese spot, little outdated but great service

First time visiting this place and was very disappointed with the service and food . The worst Vietnamese food . I ordered Pho and Pork rice wrap . The wrap was so hard to bite into it wasn’t fried supposed to be fresh rice wrap but was not edible . The service sucked as they made me feel rushed and soup was not hot and presentable . The guy who waited on me made me feel rushed like eat fast and get out . Not very welcoming at all . There was another lady who brought the soup cake across very rude with the way she spoke and mannerisms. Very disappointed!!!
