We paid for double, double cheese and pepperoni and green peppers. There were about 6 slices of peppers and a small amount of cheese. I don't know what you have to do get extra cheese.

We ordered pizza from this location to be delivered, and the food was great. My issue is with the service and being charged extra. I noticed on my bank account a pending charge for $53.26. I ordered the Ultimate package, which was 29.99, and I added a tip of $7, bringing my total to $44.40 with taxes and a delivery charge. I received a text 15 minutes later from doordash stating they partnered with Pizza Hut and will deliver my order...I thought, wow, ok. Because the site never mentioned they didn't have any drivers, furthermore, gray out the delivery option if you don't have drivers ( I later found that out from manager Gary). I went to the location and spoke with manager Gary. He stated he was unaware of how I was charged more because the price is the price whether they use doordash or not. He claimed I would need to follow up with doordash, that they probably charged me. I asked how that would be possible if I never gave them my information and asked if they shared the info, and he stated no. So he stated he would research more and call me back, and I followed up with doordash. Of course, doordash stated they are unable to charge me since they don't have any of my information, which is what I originally thought, and they told me to follow back up with Pizza Hut. So we have a finger-pointing game going on. I will be disputing the charge with my bank since no one is taking responsibility. I will not order from Pizza Hut again nor utilize doordash.

Apparently, all their deliveries are done by doordash now... nor had the food been made yet. So... the ONLY way to get the food was to call doordash and then have doordash talk to Pizza hut? HUH?
So, I had them cancel it. Foodless and frustrated in Smyrna
This place was great, then the food slowly started to fade from it's glory. There's a 50/50 it'll be fully cooked. AND there's also an employee there that charges more than what you leave signed for a tip. Be very very careful with this place, I'm would not recommend. They take your money

This was the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered three large one-topping pizzas. I ordered hand-tossed and got something that was between thin and hand-tossed. The dough seemed old and unappetizing. It tasted like cardboard. The kids ate it anyway because they are kids, but this was just plain horrible.

MISHELLE attitude was very disgusting and unprofessional. Why apply for the job if you’re not there to work ? Doesn’t make sense . Do better Michelle , you chose to work there . Better customer service at this location is needed

Order from them both in person and on the app. All around service, 5/5 stars. The cashier Mishelle was very kind and made sure I was update on the ETA of my pizza. The pizza was hot and fresh (tested by a very picky eater who is a big pizza snob) and was made perfectly. The restaurant is very clean but cozy. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no specials like a lunch special or promotions.
The app is another story but the store’s customer service has always been courteous and friendly when I had questions about the pizza or delivery. Unfortunately, it is delivered by DoorDash thru the app. If you want them to deliver it themselves you’ll have to call the store.
