My family of 7 went into Pizza Hut not sure of what we wanted.We wanted to stay under $50 and a young lady named Alicia helped us, she was extremely helpful and patient with us. Alicia was knowledgeable about the menu and she gave great recommendations. She had a great attitude, she greeted us with a big smile, and kindness the moment we walked in the door, she is the kind of employee that every employer dreams of. Our service was 5 star and food was 5 star and she kept us under our budget, we had pizza left over after feeding all 7 of us. Alicia needs a raise and her own store!
worst customer service. had an offer to order my pizza online full price for the first 1 the second one would be $1 I could never get the deal to come through on my online order came into the store the manager refused to do anything said there's nothing she could do at all . Then I decided to just order 2 of the deals the manager told me she could not do that that I would have to go on the app she offered no resolutions or solutions horrible management horrible staff horrible place to eat I stopped going years ago because of the experience I thought I would give it another try but I see nothing has changed other than the face behind the counter offering once again horrible customer service

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years. I ordered online for pickup. When I walked in, I was greeted very politely, and the employee was very nice and everything seemed very clean. I was asked to check my pizza to make sure it was right which I appreciated. The best part the pizza was delicious!

Placed a picked up order went there to pick it up asked for crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese and was informed that it was $1 for the cheese and $1 for the red pepper…that’ll be coming out of the tip for future reference ….Lubbbbb you ?

I won one of the prizes. I won $10 a week towards a meal at pizza hut. Total winning of $520. They emailed me a series of numbers then another string of numbers. It is the code for a gift card. I merely go online to my local Pizza Hut website. Order my food then add a gift card to fill in the numbers they gave me. Check off pay now. Bingo paid in full. Tip is not included. Fabulous prize. Very disappointed - I specifically requested light cheese on my pizza yet they completely ignored this and put regular amount of cheese. I don't plan to go back to this Pizza hut

Wish I could leave a zero review. Living in Tulsa I ordered a pizza for my son in Smyrna just out of the hospital, at 9:10, eta of 30-40 minutes. Two hours and 8 phone calls later I was told the order was placed but not sent out for delivery and the store closed at 10:00. The Regional manager Alex was supposed to call me back but never did. Epic fail.

pizza so undercooked. cant even pick up each slice to eat. needed to recook it in my air fryer for it to be edible. second time we have ordered from this location, and the pizza was doughy. Just order from the other pizza hut on windy hill instead. better results and the food is actually cooked. either fix the timer on the pizza cooker or get more attentive people who wont make the dough too thick for the timer. yuck
