My family and I absolutely love the chicken sandwiches, Popeyes biscuits, and the red beans and rice. We have this location super close to our house and I routinely try it out to see if it is improving, but I have been to this location about 20 times in a row with a horrible experience each time (I keep trying it because I love Popeyes so much!).This place is an absolute disaster. Extremely rude staff that won't make eye contact with you. They can't communicate anything through the drive-thru speakers. And they never say "sorry" or "you're welcome" despite the fact that they routinely screw up orders and give you the wrong food or just leave things off your order.Recently, this location rarely actually has any of the menu items you want in stock. Like the ultra popular chicken sandwich (super frustrating). Today when I visited, they had no sides except for mashed potatoes and French fries! What the heck guys?!?!It takes 15-20 minutes to get your order through the drive-thru and there are so many cars waiting at the front of the building that the actual drive thru line can't even move because there is no place to pull over and wait for food.Do NOT even bother going here unless you are like me and are addicted to their chicken sandwich (which they run out of routinely anyways).

-The manager is talking negatively about paying customers over the speaker.-The manager is cutting you off while ordering/speaking.-The manager is talking negatively about paying customers at the window.-We know Atlanta is not known for the existence customer service now it is spreading yo Smyrna.-And we also know the companies don't care about these reviews because they refuse to implement some type of training to do better.-Save your money in Atlanta & surrounding cities. I 'm pretty sure you can make it at home with a copycat recipe.

I always love seeing a bussiness hire the handicapped, I find it very admirable but when everybody in the building needs a care provider with them makes it seem like this place would be full of people. I count 8 people in this building, with their handlers it should be 16 and being the only person in line im wondering why it took 7 minutes to mumble at me, communicate absolutely nothing and stand there on their phone. Taking 13 minutes to get my food after I parked.Not receiving a fork or napkins for my food probly wouldve taken another 10 minutes since our greatest and brightest simians have to make them by hand.Come here because the chicken sandwhich and the red beans are very good. Its also good to come here if youre having a nice smooth day and want to make it alot worse. To balance your day out.

Wow. Gave this place another try to see if was any better. I owder shrimp tackle box. So I expected to get told to pull up and park. And did. When food came, about 5 mins. I got not fork to eat my red beans and rice. No sauce for the shrimp. No napkins. I went inside and waited for almost 4 mins. Before giving up. There were plenty of people behind the counter but no one would make eye contact. . As I was leaving another customer spoke up to see if anyone was going to help me. They had no cocktail sauce for shrimp. I did get a honey for the biscuit. Napkins and fork were on the counter. Last trip before this was bad. Won't try the location again.

Today I spent 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break to trying to get some food, but wasn't able to even place my order because I need my job and had to spend the rest of the day hungry, next time I have taste for chicken I will be going to Chic -fil-A or Chipotle, you guys suck, NEVER AGAIN!

Sharing my experience at South cobb dr store today bought a fish sandwich from there , I knew when I drove up it wasn't going to be good just bye the young lady that answered from the drive through wasn't going be pleasant wasn't welcoming. Order fish sandwich got pulled up and the sandwich bad dirty as hellll like was dropped on floor and gave to me on drive through pulled up to parking lot to return and ask employee would u eat this and she replied yes. Iam a paying customer no remorseful in want I sayed . Will never come to that location again retrain your ghetto staff plse before it go under.

This location is a total embarrassment to the chain. You never get your order correct and you always have to have them correct it. If you so choose to dine in, it’s hit and miss on whether they will have utensils or straws. I don’t think the staff takes pride in the work that they do and I think the management team just doesn’t care anymore. I guess I’m going to have to search for other places of this chain to eat at instead.

The food is good here but the service is terrible. Not sure why they have people at this location who do not want to be there. Half the staff has an attitude and the other is not attentive. Cashier was talking about song lyrics during me ordering. I had a rewards from online I wanted to use and they said I couldn’t do it even though on the app it said “present to cashier” then I ordered my food with red beans and rice. They neglected to tell me they were out of forks so I literally had no way to eat my food. I go to this place because it’s convenient from where I live but after today I will no longer come to this location. This is not the first time I had to complain if not about service but not honoring food items from the app. So I’m done. They need to really re-evaluate their employees and the customer service. No matter who serves you it always seems to be the same issue

Worst Popeyes literally got everything wrong on my order, up charged me for bigger drinks when I didn't even tell them I wanted a bigger drink, ordered 2 spicy sandwiches got 2 regular both cokes I got were horrible. Don't recommend this location at all.
