Ethan and the manager, Vincent are amazing!! The food was sooooo good, fresh and came out exactly on time. Vincent came out to engage with the guest and he made our day! We love this location.

Our experience at this particular Red Lobster was excellent. Our waiter was awesome. There were several of us and he was able to attend to all our questions and make recommendations. The general manager also came out to greet us.which is a great part of good customer service.We were seated in an area where we were able to laugh, talk and enjoy our food without disturbing and other patrons. Excellent Customer Service and food.
