Siracusa's NY Pizzeria

I didn’t really get to enjoy eating here but I do feel as if I was treated unfairly. Being that I had never been to this establishment I wasn’t sure if I needed to seat myself so I waited patiently as all the tables were either taken or dirty. I did make eye contact as I walked in with the waitress. She seemed busy. Then soon after another patron walks in. Apparently the owners were sitting at the bar and got up immediately to rush and clean a table off for him. I asked the lady who I assume was the owner if I had needed to seat myself and she said yes but she was in the middle of cleaning his table so I assumed she would ask a follow up question or clean my table, but no. She puts all the cleaning materials back behind the bar. I asked her if she could clean my table but I just left after that. I was obviously ignored in that situation and they didn’t want my business so I took it else where

Staff is rude. Didn’t give us extra cheese that we paid for. No compensation. Hung up on me.

They were very friendly and the pizza was awesome. My husband is hard to please as far as pizza, he ate 3 pieces of a large, he never eats that much.

Excellent long term local place

amazing service! I picked up pizza during a rainstorm and an employee escorted me back to my car to keep me, and the pizzas, dry!! what a pleasant surprise. good pizza also 😊

The pizza was delicious. The ac unit dripped condensation on me. But other than that, the food was very good.

First time getting pizza from here , and is very good . Problem is the Uber delivery driver took too long and was cold by the time she made it here . I will definitely order again but will come get it myself in the future

Very disappointed with my visit this time. I’m a regular here and come every couple weeks and drive 40 min just to come here because I love the pizza and hot sauce here. I ordered cheese sticks as an app and the marinara is served cold which is making my cheese sticks cold. Super disappointed in being served cold sauce. Then I ordered a medium pepperoni and garlic on whole pizza with half jalapeño and I’m served half pepperoni and garlic and half jalapeño with no pepperoni on it. I immediately tell Travis and he offered to either re make it or cook the peps and add it. So I said no need to remake it I’m fine with adding just cooked pepperoni on top. He takes the whole pizza back to the kitchen and the cook brings out my pizza and the pepperonis were barely even cooked and my pizza came back cold. Very very disappointed and this is my first bad experience. I usually have Jennifer as my server when I come and we love her! Travis is nice and did give me half of my bill but still. Left a bad taste in my mouth this time.

Nice family run pizza place. Authentic thin crust NY pizza right down to the
orange grease and authentic thin crust, although they do have other options. Best pizza in Smyrna/Austell area IMO. Nice variety on tap but It's a bit small for dining in. I'd suggest pick up to go at peak times.
