Failed to have my daughter's 1st bday cake ready when promised. Total was $338. Store tried to say no refund due to special order. Finally got refund after owner was involved. Buyer beware.

Someone bought me a box of gluten free cupcakes from this place and I was totally floored with how good they were! You'd never know they're gluten free. The icing is delicious and the cakes themselves are moist and fluffy. Definitely will be purchasing from this company in the future!

Have been here multiple Fridays at 7pm and the doors are locked and cupcakes look sold out. These were so good but so sad! Terrible customer experience. We used to have a pattern of dinner out nearby and stopping in here on the way home.

Got my sister's birthday cake here and it looks incredible! Torie was easy to work with and so efficient with my ordering process, even letting me pick up a day early with no fuss. When I picked it up today, Brittany was working and she was the friendliest and most helpful employee I've encountered in a long time! She recommended I take a photo of it before she boxed it, she boxed my cupcakes up while we exchanged pleasantries, and she told me exactly how to transport my goodies home. Thank you, Brittany for being a highlight in my day and Smallcakes for bringing my sister's cake to life for her!

I ordered my friend’s birthday cake from here and it was perfect! They paid attention to every detail and for real made it look BETTER than the inspo pic. It was super yummy, I do think the vanilla flavor in general could have been stronger but that’s just me!

Overall amazing thank yall so much for the perfect cake she literally cried when she saw it :)

I love small cakes but this location is consistently disappointing. There is no reason that I should come inside and they have no cupcakes @6pm when they close @9pm. Today, the young lady working told us “the baker came in twice to bake today and she’s done working”. Management needs to reevaluate. You either need to get more bakers or appropriately prepare for volume.This would not be an issue if it were the first instance but it’s more like the 4th. They store is clean and looks packed up hours before they close.Service is at an all time low.

I ordered a birthday cake for a loved one weeks in advance, paid for it, selected self pick-up, and showed up on the day that was confirmed via email only to find that they did not make my cake. They had a young woman working alone at my pickup time, so the manager was not there for me to speak to directly. I understand things happen, but honestly, that was so disappointing and I felt awful that my one job was to provide the cake and they didn’t make it. To their credit, they did offer me the same $70 value in cupcakes, but my birthday girl specifically wanted her heart cake so I just asked for a refund. I hope others have better luck with special occasions than I did.
