Superb customer service.

Great cupcakes and nice employee there when I got my cupcakes! So many choices of some fresh and tasty cupcakes.

Spent 1 hour in traffic on 285 to get to this place only to be met with flies inside of the display case. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had any cupcakes in the back. She said no. On my way to the restroom, not only did I see cupcakes, I saw a lot of them! She could've easily accommodated me. When I brought it to her attention, she was very dismissive of it. I've been a customer for years. But it's the dishonesty that I can't get past. I won't be back anytime soon and I certainly don't recommend it.

We recently ordered a cake for our first grandchild’s gender reveal, along with special cupcakes for the soon-to-be great-grandparents. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were damaged during delivery—but the bakery went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly redid the cupcakes, and they turned out perfect!

The gender reveal cake was absolutely AMAZING—beautiful, delicious, and the perfect way to surprise our family and friends with the news. From the owner to the cashier, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful.

Failed to have my daughter's 1st bday cake ready when promised. Total was $338. Store tried to say no refund due to special order. Finally got refund after owner was involved. Buyer beware.

Someone bought me a box of gluten free cupcakes from this place and I was totally floored with how good they were! You'd never know they're gluten free. The icing is delicious and the cakes themselves are moist and fluffy. Definitely will be purchasing from this company in the future!

Have been here multiple Fridays at 7pm and the doors are locked and cupcakes look sold out. These were so good but so sad! Terrible customer experience. We used to have a pattern of dinner out nearby and stopping in here on the way home.

Got my sister's birthday cake here and it looks incredible! Torie was easy to work with and so efficient with my ordering process, even letting me pick up a day early with no fuss. When I picked it up today, Brittany was working and she was the friendliest and most helpful employee I've encountered in a long time! She recommended I take a photo of it before she boxed it, she boxed my cupcakes up while we exchanged pleasantries, and she told me exactly how to transport my goodies home. Thank you, Brittany for being a highlight in my day and Smallcakes for bringing my sister's cake to life for her!

I ordered my friend’s birthday cake from here and it was perfect! They paid attention to every detail and for real made it look BETTER than the inspo pic. It was super yummy, I do think the vanilla flavor in general could have been stronger but that’s just me!

Overall amazing thank yall so much for the perfect cake she literally cried when she saw it :)
