I love small cakes but this location is consistently disappointing. There is no reason that I should come inside and they have no cupcakes @6pm when they close @9pm. Today, the young lady working told us “the baker came in twice to bake today and she’s done working”. Management needs to reevaluate. You either need to get more bakers or appropriately prepare for volume.This would not be an issue if it were the first instance but it’s more like the 4th. They store is clean and looks packed up hours before they close.Service is at an all time low.

It's been a few years since I had Small Cakes but I was reminded with the first bite why I love them. I got four cakes for my sweet tooth - decent fudge, cookies n cream, Snickers & strawberry. The fudge went first, I felt like Brucey biting into that cake, it was so moist & chocolatey! I'm a chocolate lover so it wasn't too much for me. The cake to icing ratio is good IMO. All the cakes were moist and yummy. My only knock is that they've gotten expensive over the years (like everything else), I spent just under $20 for my cakes. More than I wanted to spend but at least the quality is there. Service was good, one young lady at the counter & she greeted me when I came in. She was also patient with me while making my selections. Plenty of parking in this shared lot, but be careful as people tend to speed through the lot.

I ordered a birthday cake for a loved one weeks in advance, paid for it, selected self pick-up, and showed up on the day that was confirmed via email only to find that they did not make my cake. They had a young woman working alone at my pickup time, so the manager was not there for me to speak to directly. I understand things happen, but honestly, that was so disappointing and I felt awful that my one job was to provide the cake and they didn’t make it. To their credit, they did offer me the same $70 value in cupcakes, but my birthday girl specifically wanted her heart cake so I just asked for a refund. I hope others have better luck with special occasions than I did.

I have two babies birthdays in December one the 23 and the other the 27th. Well the lady that was there on the 23 was so nice and gave my daughter a birthday cupcake and was so nice, but unfortunately when we returned for my other baby birthday cause he just wanted a cupcake and not a big cake, a different lady was there and told my husband that they don’t do that but there is something in there that states about a birthday cupcakes, we still got him the cupcake he wanted but just thought that was a little crazy!!
