They close 45 minutes before the site advertise They mix what they want not what you order. The speaker don't work. So, they open the back door where you can smell large odor of mold.

By far the worst experience at this location. The associate cursed at me infront of my child leaving her frightened thinking that he may attack. What is the process to ensure situations such as what I experienced do not continue and others are not indicated?
If I could leave a -1 star I would. I am Vary dissatisfied. The staff left me standing at the window for 20 min in the hot sun. Then when I finally received my order it was horrible. It was watery, it was Not smooth, but gritty. It tasted nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a 44oz because I was at work on my lunch. overall my lunch is now ruined because of this inconvenience. This location needs better motivated workers whos going to do the job Correct or closes the store down.

Ordered a smoothie on online the 4th of October sent my friend to pick it up for me as soon as she gets to the walk-in window it wasn’t ready they told her she would have to wait in the drive-thru line . She proceeds to drive-thru line and still waits 20-30 mins to get to window just for them to tell her there system is down and why they didn’t tell her that at the walk-up window I don’t know. So as she at the window she shows them the receipt and They tell her the order can’t be refunded but still proceed to take new orders . So she orders a new order because I wanted a smoothie and paid for it online she received a 20oz cup then she lets them know that she ordered a 32oz and they added I guess 10oz to another cup. My online order went from pending to fulfilled a couple of days later so I then go up there and the same to guys up there give her a problem when trying to get filled and at this point she requests them to refund whole order cause the same guy gives her problem about the order and only makes 1 smoothie when I ordered four items. I order smoothies from this place 2-3 times a week as they are close to my home and job and never experienced such poor service.

Came here order a smoothie he dnt scan my app try to charge me extra had a bad attitude won't let me use my app close the door on me and walked off this Is the second time I came here and the same man had attitude I wanna talk to corporate
Smoothie doesn’t taste like nothing it was very water down and Bland had to throw it out.
The smoothies are so gross. They taste watered down. The service was horrible paid $20 for 2 smoothies that are absolutely horrible

Please beware! The guys at this location are scandalous. I did reach out to the Smoothie King franchise to make a complaint, and will await a call. As a person who works hard for their money, I felt decieved yesterday when the associate that served me knowingly deducted my accumunated app rewards balance, that paid for the smoothie I ordered in full, then went on to deduct money from the credit card I had saved in the app. Interestingly, he never provided me with a receipt and only found out I was over charged after I got home and reviewed my bank records. Then to top things off, when I checked the app which tracks the location of your purchased, there was no recollection in that I visited this location, as it typically would be noted. I may never get the rewards cash back, but it definitely learned a lesson , and it was worth sharing.

First time visiting here, went to order inside but the music was playing so loud,I wasn’t able to understand the woman taking orders. I nicely asked that they turn it down, but they did not. I had to ask my friend what the clerk was saying, she also was wearing a frown and seemed to be bothered by the inconvenience of serving me- should have walked out right there- never going there again !

I ordered a smoothie via the app to be picked up on the way to work yesterday and when I arrived NO ONE was there! It was at least 8:45am when the location is supposed to be open by 7am. Essentially I paid ahead of time for a smoothie I did not receive. Not only that, no one answered the phone yesterday nor today to resolve my issue. I cannot find anyone to get in contact with. Unacceptable!
Service is not great. There are two drive-thru lanes but only one is operational during peak hours, so even though I placed my order an hour before scheduled pick up, I had to wait in line with others who were arriving and ordering at the mic. Maybe one lane can be identified as pick up only? Also, my shake (high protein - lemon) was not blended at all. I have HUGE chunks of ice, fruit, seeds, and almonds dispersed throughout my smoothie, and they keep blocking the straw. Finally, the staff put my smoothie on ice to chill so when I got it, it was a bit melted and the cup was no longer full, which means it was made too early. I'm not sure why the staff couldn't take the time to prepare my order accurately and blend it fully with an hour lead time. Very disappointed.
