Visited this Smoothie King on January 12, 2026 around noon. The store was empty when I walked in and I stood there for about five minutes looking at the menu. During that time an employee was actively working around me in the store and appeared to be preparing another order but never acknowledged me. No eye contact no greeting and no “I’ll be with you in a moment.”
This is basic customer service and common courtesy and unfortunately it was completely lacking. I ended up walking out. Based on this experience I would not recommend this location.
I hope this can be addressed because I would genuinely like to come back if the customer service improves.

Come here at least twice a week and the staff is always punctual. It’s always clean which is a must!

Young lady with long curly hair and braids came slowly scrolling from the back as me and 3 other guests waited to be served. Didn’t greet us, just stood there and waited for us to say our order. She eventually called to the back to asked someone for help. 2 other yours ladies scrolled from the back, one with red/orange locs and another with a blondish Afro. Not a single hair net insight. The one with locs began flinging her hair while making the smoothie saying “my hair is getting so long”

Ordered a slim n trim smoothie with stevia. Tasted extremely bitter and had no smoothness to it at all. I love smoothie kings smoothies! But this one I will definitely not recommend. 👎🏻

This has to be the worse smoothie king in the city. I ordered a berry bee sting bowl. First off they started with water, then a watered down syrup and added sugar. I have been to several smoothie kings and never had it been made this way. When I asked the lady why she added the sugar she said that’s what they do at this location. I should have walked out then. The bowl is so watery that the fruit mixed in like soup. The added sugar is not on the menu like the other items that use it otherwise I would have asked for it not be added. A already sweet blend does not need extra sugar. More training is definitely required!
