This is more of a complaint to management and not the young lady working the morning shift. I was the first person to order my smoothie in the early morning around 8:35am on Friday, Nov 15, 2024. Then there were 3 people after me and 2 more came in and 2 more with online orders. The online orders of course were made first, no complaints because I don’t know what time those were ordered. But then the 2 people that ordered after me got their smoothies before me. I waited over 15 minutes to get my smoothie. The young lady should not have to work by herself. It takes customers much longer to get their orders because she gets backed up. I give her 4 stars because she did the best she could. But management gets 1 for this location.

The girls in there are always so nice and this location is ALWAYS clean, thats the number 1 thing i look for is cleanliness.

The only reason this place isnt getting a 1 because they said hello upon entry. Stuff is set out in a disgusting manner. Nothing is covered, fruits looks old, employees preparing acai bowls with no gloves. Absolutely no way.
For the past couple days I’ve been going between 7:05 - 720 during the weekday and no one is never there the store be completely CLOSED why is that if they’re suppose to open at 7am disappoint everytime
Elizabeth provide excellent customer service showing above and beyond service which is rear now days. She notice I came in with another bowl from another smoothie king and came to this location to get another açaí bowl with added strawberries since the location down the rd on South cobb. She offered a scoop of strawberries for the inconvenience which I stated my son was fine with the mango but the offer was much appreciated. In the end I ended up buying another bowl with the added strawberries. I saw all this because I saw her mindful of my previous experience and provide excellent welcoming environment. Oh also the who team welcomed me in when I arrived. This is my new location when getting my açai bowls and smoothies!

Me and my mom came here after the Smoothie King on South Cobb RUINED our smoothies! We came here with our receipts and the staff kindly remade our smoothies, free of charge!! This is customer service! I’ve been ordering from smoothie king for years and I know what my smoothie is supposed taste like when made correctly! I hop this location continues its great service. I get the Banana Boat with Strawberries, blueberries, gladiator vanilla and almond butter

This was the best smoothie I have literally ever had. I was blown away at the quality and how incredible the Staff was. The owner Akash even came out and spoke to me and made me feel very welcome. I will be recommending this smoothie king to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work team!!

I believe it is a new location, so yes the customer service needs work. In fact I was disappointed when I left, I just knew I was never coming back. But baby that smoothie was SOOOOO GOOD, I forgive them. Probably the best I have ever had from any Smoothie King. I will just set my expectations lower on the service. I plan on going a few times a week. Going again tomorrow!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my wife and I received at your Smyrna, GA location on 4624 Camp Highland Road this evening. As residents of Smyrna, we were excited to have a Smoothie King open closer to our home, but our experience has left us feeling unappreciated and overlooked.
When we walked into the store, it was empty, and there were four employees present—three young African Americans and a male who appeared to be of Middle Eastern or Hispanic descent, whom I assumed was the manager as he was giving instructions to the others. Despite making eye contact with the manager upon entering, he did not acknowledge us and continued instructing the employees. It was only after this that a younger African American male attended to us and provided decent service.
My concern is why the manager deemed it more important to continue giving instructions rather than acknowledging and welcoming customers. A simple greeting or acknowledgement would have made us feel valued as customers. Instead, we felt invisible and unimportant.
As a local resident, I was looking forward to becoming a regular patron of your new location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. I believe that customer service, especially the first impression, is crucial in retaining customers and fostering loyalty.
I hope that you will address this issue with your staff to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and appreciated upon entering your establishment. Until then, I regret to say that I will be hesitant to return or recommend this location to others.

This is the first Smoothie King that I was very unsatisfied with making a smoothie. They're obviously not very experienced at the location with making smoothies. I'm not use to a water smoothie, you would have thought I ordered a beverage. I buy a smoothie almost every morning from Smoothie however this location was new to me and thats not how a smoothie is suppose to be made. This my first and last time purchasing a smoothie from this location.
I had high hopes for this new location. However, I went in there twice and got good service, but then I ordered online one time asked for a smoothie with no turbinado I get the smoothie is super sweet. I tell the manager whoever was that front that this has sugar added, he tells me there’s no way there’s sugar added. I don’t like when a manager tries to argue with the customer because I can taste it. There is sugar added. I am intelligent enough to know when there’s extra sugar and when there’s not. He offered no other solution other than I’m wrong.
