I think the blonde girl that took our order is still in training. There were only two employees and they definitely need at least 3 especially if one of them is still learning. They were making drinks out of order and forgot one of my customizations. The drinks were great though. Just improvement on service and speed.

I went in and ordered a grande iced matcha specifically with oatmilk & received a grande iced whole milk with a hint of matcha- no exaggeration! I asked the employee with bright yellow/orange hair if it was made with oatmilk and the employee said yes & I left in a rush but could not drink more than 2 sips , it was straight up milk & I can not drink milk!! Super frustrating and disappointing. I always get my matchas with oatmilk & it is definitely a darker color.

Very poor representation of the Starbucks brand. Consistently either out of product (oat milk, egg white bites, etc ) or service is subpar. Get it together, for real.

My wife went to get a coffee this morning. There were two employees present, behind the counter. They were about one yard away from my wife. They were having a conversation and ignoring my wife. My wife was the only person in line/the only customer. She waited for them to acknowledge her and come to get her order. They ignored my wife. After about 7 minutes, she left and went to Dunkin.The service at this Starbucks is pathetic. Dunkin was good.

Deliberately overlooked and ski going to the front counter and asking what’s going on with the doordash orders.It’s very passive aggressive and bad service.Go to another Starbucks unless you’re a regular and know them by name over 10 orders. I was there so long I learned how the process goes.The labels come out and are posted at the bottom of a shelf.My label was there when I walked in and labels kept coming out and my order wasn’t even looked at. Mind you my order was halfway done so the food was getting cold while the drinks were never made.It took another 10 minutes after
