When I first approached the counter the barista (Sebastian) didn’t greet me or ask for my order he just stared at me until I had to ask if he was ready for the order. I asked for two drinks with oat milk, but when I received them they were made incorrect/tasted awful. I double checked the label & oat milk wasn’t listed. I went back politely said “Hey, i’m sorry for doing this but am I able to do an exchange? did I specify that it was with oat milk?” & Instead of simply remaking the drinks he responded with unnecessary attitude, insisted I never specified oat milk (even though both my boyfriend & I clearly remember I did) he continued making passive comments while remaking the drinks. This could had been a simple fix, but the customer service was unprofessional & uncomfortable. I usually don’t leave reviews I just move along with my day, but I hope this location can better train their employees on respectful communication.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It consistently takes forever to receive my drinks and today it took over 30 minutes to get a mobile order that I placed. The drink wasn’t even made right or what I had ordered. The staff is rude and don’t prioritize their customers at all. If I’m paying $20 for two Starbucks drinks I at least expect it to be made properly.
