Starbucks

The cups are festive company standard cups you'd expect to see around this time, the service was fast and friendly but my caramel macchiato tasted like black coffee with the a whisper of sweetness like a distance memory syrup. :( this is my first year State side in nearly 6 years, this semi confirms the rumor for me that Starbucks isn't the same. Though in Korea it was quite nice.

I used to love going to Starbucks (In general around the country and world) 2001-2010ish because the employees were always so nice and friendly and it brightened my day. The last few years the service has been getting progressively worse all across the board domestic and international. Frequently the employees are aloof, entitled and not very nice. But I continue to keep going when I need to have meetings.

When I ordered my coffee today at this Starbucks… the employee was nice and it completely took me by surprise.

Something that used to be normal at every Starbucks shouldn’t take you by surprise but at least there is one good employee left.

I ordered 4 shots of espresso over ice in a venti cup with 4 pumps of brown sugar. Tell me why I got 3 cups all 1/2 filled. OH AND MY DRINK WAS $13 HUHHHH!!!!

Waited 25-minutes in the drive through. Just the to the front for the person at the window to be rude and demand I wait longer. I drove off and will never come to this location again!

They have a nice lounge area to enjoy your coffee. The staff we fun and friendly.

Five star service every time. Super friendly and the drinks are always right, even on some of my custom requests. Fast service from baristas you can tell care about customers. I go out of my way to come here vs others that are more convenient to me. Busy location for a reason.

My first visit to this location at 6:30am and did not feel the normal Starbucks vibe with a greeting as you enter. Store full of employees no customers and parking is limited due to employee vehicle. Coffee was like warm and I was not happy. I’ll continue to use my normal Starbucks off Atlanta Rd.

I often visit this location it's not always the cleanest but the staff are usually on point. I went in for my FREE tall coffee and the most delightful and nice cashier by the name of Destiny, helped me.

The coffee blonde roast was amazing & the best coffee give had this week, I know it's just Monday but, you get my drip. I added my Toasted Hazelnut & marshmallow syrup with a dash of vanilla almost creamer, OMG!

I used to love this place, now I refuse to go here. Aside from the “ok” service, I’m tired of the aggressive pan handling and homeless approaching me to wash my car while I’m just trying to grab my order. The parking lot also has alternate lighting for some reason. Don’t get me wrong, I sympathize with people’s situations but being overly aggressive isn’t working. Starbucks needs to clean this up.

I come to this one 2-3 times a week and every time it just gets slower and slower. I just waited 30 minutes for a Mobil order. There was a line of 4 cars that did not move the whole time in drive through and no one inside.
