Both of the coffees we ordered were awful. A man and his four children walked past us and announced they were going to have all their drinks remade because they were all wrong.

I have never been to a worse starbucks location. The workers just want to stand around a talk with one another and not work hard. Will never been back to this spot.

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First of all, the drive thru line is in the middle of the parking lot which makes no sense, making it extremely difficult for people to park and exit. Whoever constructed this store needs to be fired. There also needs to be a better method to make drive thru more efficient because waiting in drive thru line for 30 mins is unacceptable.

I stood in line for almost 30mins before I got to the speaker to order. They were entirely too slow! Won’t come back!

I looked up this place to write a horrible review on the slowness of this place and not a friendly environment! But I see 3yrs ago I already talked about the SAMETHING! This place is horrible. Do not if you’re looking to be in a out in 10min or less

Cashiers taking orders should not be on the phone for personal conversations when taking orders. Had the best latte yesterday, came back to get the exact same thing. I ordered a Coconut Latte extra hot 1 pump of Pistachio regular milk. I recieved a Latte with coconut milk and hazelnut! Repeat orders if you are not sure. Waste of money and a tip. Next time I won't.

I ordered off the DoorDash app. It took almost 40 min to be prepared. Felt bad for my dasher that had to wait so long to pick it up!! He delivers it to us, and it’s missing a sandwich and straws. This is packaged by Starbucks so I don’t blame the dasher for this mishap. Luckily I was able to get a refund but it would be nice to have all of my order, especially after waiting so long.

This review is a little difficult for me to write. I’ve been coming to this location each morning for years. More recently, particularly in the mornings, I’ve noticed that Mobil orders are taking much longer than I’ve experienced in the past. There is also a noticeable difference in productivity when certain people are working. There are some really great people there but Mobil orders should not consistently take 45 minutes to fulfill. Something has changed. I’m hoping management will examine this issue further.

As an update, I came again 2/25 @7am to pick up my Mobil order which was placed around 6:45am. I had to wait almost 30minutes for my order after arriving. There does not seem to be a good system in place. Things appear disorganized. Management should focus on improving wait times particularly for mobile orders. The current wait time far exceeds what’s estimated on the app. Please correct
