I don’t know what happened to the old crew from three months ago that used to be there in the morning, but whoever they have working there now messes up my order every single time. The wait time is always long, but at least three months ago my drink would be made right. These past three times I’ve went my drink has been made wrong and they handed to me out of the drive-through window with it dripping down the sides of the cup. It gets my hands sticky and makes my car a mess. I keep giving them chance after chance but unfortunately, I will not be spending my money here anymore. It’s just unfortunate because it’s convenient to where I live as I’ve been living in West Village for three years.

Came into Starbucks to.pick up a door dash order and the employees didn't even bother to ask me if I needed any help. It took 20 mins and it wasn't busy until somebody finally asked what I needed.
Kinda dirty. Not used to Starbucks being a mess. Really busy and they need more help. The wait was too long and this is the 2nd experience like this at this Starbucks. I probably would not return

I've given this store 4 chances...service is terrible...u go at 730am...or 2pm or 4 or 6 n each time they say 20 minute wait...slow employees...who obviously don't care...laughing talking on cell phone...everything but helping the customer...I'm over it...will definitely not be going back here again...n probably will not go to any other locations as well...they have really changed n not for the better

Girlfriend put in order and the drink was made over 45 minutes post estimated pick up time. Verified ticket was in queue. Other groups of people walked in and ordered approximately 10 others and got their food and drinks after I came in and started waiting.

This location is the worst starbucks for timing and efficiency. At 2:30pm and a 30 minute wait in the drive thru is very absurd. It’s the nearest Starbucks location, with friendly staff, but time and time again it’s the slowest location from the wait time of being able to order, to check items, respond, and a wait even at the window.
