This has to be the worst Starbucks in Atlanta to be a coffee shop no matter how soon I order my drink on the app it’s take still 20 mins to be made the employees have no urgency and some have very nasty attitudes if it was a Starbucks closer between home and work I wouldn’t even purchase from this location

EVERYONE WHO ASK FOR REFILLS DO NOT ASK THEM IF ITS POSSIBLE. BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE REFILLS EVEN YOU BUY COFFEE IN THE STORE. BUT I HAVE UPLOADED PHOTO THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDE WHAT DRINKS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFILLS. CHECK AND GET YOUR COFFEE!

I have been here several times either ordering through the drive thru or the mobile app. Every single time whether there is a line of people or not, I have to wait at least 12 minutes after placing my order to receive it. One time it took them 35 minutes. Also my order is very watery most of the time.

I spent a whole 20 bucks here and still couldn’t get a basic order made correctly. I asked for two cookies and got charged for three. I asked for caramel, and the cup was even marked caramel — yet there was zero caramel in the drink. And the “cold foam” was basically nothing. Barely anything on top.
Then the barista hands me a drink that’s literally overflowing down the sides, and instead of helping, she just stood there staring at me while I struggled with the lid. No engagement, no effort, no customer service.
So I called the store, hoping the manager would actually fix the problem. Instead, I got the most unhelpful response possible:
“I can coach the barista or you can drive back to have it remade.”
Why should I waste my gas and time because they messed up my entire order? I was already home. That’s not a solution — that’s passing the blame onto the customer.
For the money I spent, the service from both the barista and the manager was embarrassing. If this is how customers are treated, I will strongly consider calling Starbucks corporate to report this location and its management.

Very good coffee.
I had the pleasure of going to the Starbucks today and yes I DON'T EVEN DRINK COFFEE, picking up coffee for customers. Enhanced down , this was the nicest cleanest friendliest starbucks I've ever walked in. My hat is off to Jair the Manager & Shaii the barista extraordinaire! You thought I was gonna forget to send this promised review 🤦🏾♂️😃

Unfortunately the people working here were extremely rude and when they got my order wrong and I told them, they were very snarky and unprofessional. This is not the first time this has happened at this specific store.

On our way to Blairsville, GA, my husband and I needed to use the bathroom, so we stopped at the store. We also ordered some food and coffee, and I was so impressed with the quality of the team members who worked there. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. This is definitely going to be my favorite Starbucks stop whenever I travel to Blairsville, GA!

Slowest drive thru service every time
Exceptionally slow! I consistently wait 30 minutes in line. I don’t have this experience at other locations.
Got here at 9:00am for a coffee and it’s now 9:34am and still haven’t received my drink. I’m not sure I have ever experienced waiting 30 minutes to an hour for a Starbucks drink.
