Slowest Starbucks ever expect to wait 30 minutes every single time I understand short staffed but it has been slow since I first moved to Atlanta in June

Waited for a shaken espresso for over 20 minutes. When I had to ask about it I was ignored twice and when they I was able to ask them about it they didn’t even acknowledge anything and I waited 10 more minutes. 30 minutes for one drink???

This location is the worse Starbucks to visit!! Dirty and nasty upon entering. Needs a face lift and deep clean. I literally walked in around 7 am to see the floors had hair and coffee stains every where. Not organized and in disarray. The service is SUPER SLOW with no urgency, not friendly and welcoming, just horrible! Every associate works with their head down and are there only to get a paycheck. If you are in need of a Starbucks coffee, go to the one on Cumberland Blvd for better service.

Terribly disappointed in the service. I usually opt to get a refresher so I know what this is suppose to look and taste like. I ordered the strawberry refresher and this is what I received. About 95% water, no strawberries and yeah… when I asked about this, the explanation was we just don’t have any strawberries. So then why would you serve this or not give me an alternative option? And then want me to pay full price? Yeah just terrible.

We pre-ordered box coffee from this location to be picked up at 12pm noon for a party. We arrived at 12:30pm to get it and they only started making it when we asked for it.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this coffee shop. I arrived expecting a quick cup of coffee to start my day, but ended up waiting a whopping 45 minutes! Not only was the wait excruciatingly long, but the attitude of the barista was utterly appalling. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he resorted to calling out every single client in the store, interrogating them about their names and wait times. It was completely unprofessional.I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but this level of incompetence and mistreatment of customers is completely unacceptable. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple cup of coffee was bad enough, but to walk away without it because the barista couldn't even confirm if my order was being processed is beyond frustrating.

Came here today for the BOGO sale they had going on. They were predictably busy and unfortunately very understaffed, but the employees were incredibly nice and communicative throughout it all. Jesse was especially great. He was incredibly nice in the midst of chaos and made sure people waiting knew that their order was coming. He also made one of the best drinks from Starbucks I've ever had.

If I could give this Starbucks no stars I would give them no stars but my only option is one. This Starbucks takes literally 30 minutes to get one drink. Management needs to be changed. This whole store needs an overhaul. Also the parking lot is terrible and once you get in line you’re trapped, even worse if you decide to go in to get a drink you can’t get out because the line is always so long. This store is a dumpster fire
