In the real Starbucks, the barista always ask whether i want cream or not added to my ice coffee. In here, they just assumed I want cream in it and instead of apologizing for making an assumption, the barista scolded me for not telling her that I want it black coz by default ice coffee is with cream. Says who? I’ve been getting this regularly and never had this issue except in this Starbucks.Also, there was no napkins anywhere in the counter. What a service.

I thought I took the picture, but I ordered a chai latte with almond milk, never again starbucks chai taste like cinnamon water with a very light chai taste, I only came because where i originally go was too far today, atmosphere is nice and quiet, but the chai,? no bueno!

This was my first time at this Barnes & Noble and I was thoroughly pleased with it. Not only was it as nice and clean as I'm used to for the company, but the breeze at the Starbucks cafe made my drink perfect. That's saying something, considering I'm really picky about my drinks and I have an allergy to work with but she did amazing and I wish I had gotten her name so I can name drop her on here. I look forward to the next time I can come back here.
