I showed up to the restaurant at 10:30 AM, but the doors were locked. There was a gentleman inside who just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, before turning away, even though it clearly stated on the door that their dining room opens at 10 AM.

Bummed that steak n shake stopped offering the mushroom topped burger so now my new go to is the garlic or butter burger while my wife always gets the western bbq.

You can literally get a stomach bug how cold the food was . Iam very disappointed. I had to cancel my date night reservation because of this place . Don’t recommend -0

My wife and I wanted Steak ‘n Shake burgers and shakes, it did not disappoint.
Almost forgot the goat of the smash burger! Can't beat the original, matter how hard the others try! Flavorful patty and toasted buns always wins.

I placed my order through the drive-thru today the girl who took the order seemed distracted by something but she took my order and when I pulled up to pay for my food her and others was looking for something not acknowledging im at the window. Then I proceed to ask the girl about my order then she going to say I don't know while still being distracted in for what ever they was looking for. Then when they found whatever it was then she going to repeat my order which was wrong. This place is unprofessional and should just close down for the incompetent people working there smh.
