Beware of this location, they literally will sell you something, take the money, and not give it to you. Can't imagine what training the manager gets. I ordered lunch for two, and while we ate at the restaurant, we ordered shakes on the app. After the estimated time to be ready had passed and I saw on the app that it stated as complete, I asked about it. Manger dismissed me. I asked a second time 5 min later and she told me it was NOT in the system, although I showed her the app and the email confirmation with the order. She said it was not in the system, although i showed as complete and handed over. I suspect they gave it to someone in the drive through, and would not acknowledge their mistake. They kept me waiting for 50 min and decided NOT to give me our shakes. I filled their feedback review form, and had no one reach out despite the form asked specifically about it. It has been 3 weeks and no response from them, so I decided is was long enough. Hope no one else gets taken advantage by unprofessional manager. It is a shame, because the food is good, they just need to work on the people they hire.

They have gone to "kiosks" that make customers put in their own order now. People go to Steak and Shake for sit down service. We left and went to eat Chinese instead.

Depressing place (12:30 on a Friday ) . I guess I remember the old one with wait staff . Self serve kiosk , rude staff and scan a drink that gives you no time . If they could get a robot to cook it would be totally automated yet they ask for a tip .

The food was cold After waiting in line for ever, When I asked to just give me a refund, she stated we do not give refunds whatsoever. We can only make your food over. This is a franchise so there’s no one you can tell but Scott Who is Management but he’s not going to give you your money back. I feel that this is unfair. The food is cold and I’m not happy with it. I gave her (Emily ) the cold food. So I Never received food or my money. I was robbed!! Do not eat here!!

I miss interacting with the waiters or waitresses at Steak n shake. This restaurant was self service kiosk. The menu was also smaller than I remember. The burger was good and still love their fries. My son liked the milk shake even if it wasn't served in a soda bar glass.

Every time I pull in this place, no one ever answers the microphone and you just sit there. You would think being so busy right next to the major freeway in Atlanta the owner would wake up and get his team in order over here they could sell a bunch more burgers but now I just drive-by today I tried to stop in to get two number seven combos sat in the drive-through for 12 minutes And the girl says upfront when I pull up I can’t order out the window. I said well no one ever came on the speaker. She says I never heard a ding and she wants me to drive around and go around the corner back through the drive-through again with people that were behind me she took their order. What a jokecome on steak ‘n Shake this is America treat your Americans like you should.
