Ever since the new owners grabbed it about 5 or 6 years ago it's been great. Can't judge the store because of bad employees. They are fun, friendly, and a great option for anyone. Have the freshest products and fancy stuff other subways don't have. If you're hungry, they will fix that for you.

This is the 2nd time i placed an online order and it wasn’t ready by the time i got there i had to stand there and wait an additional 15 mins when it says it’s been ready on the app.

10/5 stars!!! Much deserved! Marquis and Deonna —— top notch service! I was a late stranger with a sandwich idea I saw on IG (lol) and they hooked me up!
Restaurant is nice and clean………did I say CLEAN!? #chefskiss They were constantly wiping down their preparation station (even though they were busy making online orders), always switching out gloves when they went from one task to the next - you don’t find service like that anymore!
They’ve made a Subway believer out of me again! There’s a Subway much closer to me, but I’ll be coming to this location instead! I travel for excellent customer service!

The lady was more focused on finishing an online order while I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes after she said it would be a second. There was no one else in the store and she was more focused on serving the online order than serving the people standing in front of her.
Love this location. They should have just bulldozed the Windy Hill & South Cobb location, but it's temporarily closed. If/When they reopen, they should be forced to take lessons from this location! The bread is FRESH DAILY! As it should be. The owner is FRIENDLY & NICE, unlike Ms. Hateful over on Windy Hill. This location is the Subway Smyrna deserves, unlike the Windy Hill Rd location! This location should be full of pride as we are proud of it & hope it continues to be here for many years to come.

This is a well-managed, very clean Subway--- very rare find today. The Owner (Marquis) was working right alongside his staff -- very professional and customer-focused...I left a good tip as good fast food service is hard to find these days! Great 1st experience at this Subway-- My new favorite in this area.

I would like to recognize Kahai who works at this location. She is an excellent employee. Yesterday, my VP and I stopped by to order a sub. We were very hungry since we've not eaten all day. In addition, we had an appointment that we needed to make so we only had time to eat our sub within 15 minutes. Kahai was by herself and had a long line of people to assist. Kahai kept a smile on her face and took care of everyone in our line. Some people did walk out once they realized she was by herself. Please provide this young lady with the recognition she deserves. She took care of providing food, service and created a nice positive atmosphere. It's hard to find great employees these days such as Kahai!
