I placed an online order today and scheduled it for about 3h from the time I planned to pick-up my order. Never had an issue until today. As soon as I placed the order it set the pickup time to ASAP for 1150 when I scheduled pickup for 1430!! O called the location 4 times and the phone keeps going straight to the out of service voice thing or whatever it's called. My order is currently being made and I have no way of asking them to not make the order until 1415. Meaning, it's going to be sitting there for 3h getting soggy....
Update: Just tried to call one more time and the phone didn't even ring. It just said call failed. Can you all please update the number? I go to this location a lot and literally never had an issue until today. Not being able to get in contact with anyone ahead of time if there happens to be a mistake made is genuinely unfair and aggravating.

I placed order by mistake at this location. I want to cancel the order before they even begin to make my sandwiches. So it doesn’t go to waste. But their phone doesn’t work. I made 10-15 calls to get refund. They are trying to play the card of we never called. That’s not fair. Update your number right now. I am getting to store to get refund. Once I am back in town. Or message me to get this resolved over a call. This is their num we online. Just so they don’t change it in mean time.

I ordered a footlong on the Italian herb & cheese bread and if I didn’t stay far I would’ve took it back. My bread was stale and my sandwich was made poorly. Won’t return to this location

I just left there not even 20 mins pass. I got a tuna 6 inch sub. Once I got back to work took my 1st bite to notice there is not tuna on my sub. I call several times no answer. Furthermore, I stopped on my lunch break and I’m unable to go back to the location. I’m just very disappointed.

Great late night stop to get something to eat after a long first day travel. Roasted Turkey fixed to my liking and a Spicy Chicken Nacho on flatbread that had great flavor and Nose watering effects😎.
