Dude took forever. He was like trying to take as long as possible and was going as slow as he could. Then he said you gonna eat all of that 🤨 .

There was only one man working there and he was on his phone when we walked in since there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. Once he saw us, he began to slowly prepare a DoorDash order that had been sitting there. After about 5 mins of standing there, he took our order and proceeded to make our sandwiches at the slowest speed I’ve ever seen anyone do anything. He didn’t listen to what toppings we wanted and put whatever he wanted on our sandwiches. The DoorDash driver came in to pick up the previous order but he was still making it and he told them he wasn’t done and they had to wait. Extremely slow service and zero comprehension skills. I should have looked at the reviews since this seems to be a regular occurrence. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

this subway was totally out of fountain drinks. All options were "out". There were ample bottle drinks but server would not offer a bottle drink in place of fountain drink for the price of a "meal deal". Thought that was pretty tacky.

Place is nice and clean , that's not the issue . Issue is they never listen to me when making my order. They always just do as they please. I am gonna just go to a different subway or a different sub place period

The worst service ever!!! The guy that made my sandwich didn't even look like he worked there. And my sandwich tasted of hate and racism. Maybe you shouldn't work in customer service if you hate people.

The guy taking my order did not provide any customer service. He was very slow in making my order on top of being told multiple times what I wanted. It definitely seemed like he hated his job.

Guy in here with headphones. Does everything wrong. I ordered it online and gave it about 20 minutes. There was no one at the store and he started prepping my sub after I entered. I used to come here a lot but would change my subway location. His attitude is bad. Rap music playing at the store and plus he has huge headphones. He barely hears the customers.

Everything about this place was horrible. There is a guy in a yellow hoodie with headphones playing his music on high volume that doesn’t know anything about customer service. If you don’t like your job then leave.

There appeared to be 2 people working. One left with no explanation, and the remaining employee had large headphones on that completely covered one ear and half covered the other. This was in addition to loud rap music playing and misc restaurant sounds, so I almost had to yell to be heard. Even then, he was incredibly slow, only half paying attention, made multiple mistakes that I quickly needed to step in to correct, and charged me wrong for one of the sandwiches. When I went to check out, he rung things up and moved on to the next customer before it was clear that my transaction had been completed. I paid for everything (without a tip) but felt that I could have walked out without paying and he would’ve been none the wiser.

The place is dirty, the person who was serving is super out of his mind, he was not in his pocket, he had headphones at high volume, the worst service that I received took too long, you see, and he was really making fun of it, it was stressful, the people had better leave, I could see what happened. Really the worst service I have ever received
