I only ever visit this Taco Bell if I'm visiting a friend that lives close by. I also only ever find myself here when it's very late at night. Despite this, the staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. If you're like me and have a loyalty to your favorite fast food chains, you've probably been let down trying a new location when you're away from your usual spot. Rest assured, this Taco Bell won't be one to disappoint.

Well won’t be going I’m stuck to the authentic Mexican food best way to go, that lady who took my order yesterday was very unprofessional wouldn’t let me substitute extra chipotle sauce because I didn’t want guacamole for my fiesta, veggie burrito then trying to charge me 75 cents for one extra line of sauce without telling me.. the customer always right bish

On this night... I ordered my favorite... the Nacho Bell Grande was at its best! Why? It tasted very much as if everything was made FRESH! It was so good. It was approximately 1:00 a.m.I so wish I could get FRESH every time I order. I would come a lot more often.

I don't know how or why but anytime you order food online they will always get it wrong. If tou go in it's alright. If you order online they will always get it wrong. I have ordered it through door dash three times now and they have gotten it wrong every time. At this point never eating here again. I don't know if if the staff can't read or if they don't care because if you ask them to not put something on there they will. So I would rather take my money else where if they are just gonna always be this sloppy.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. That time they were not extremely busy, and we were not in a hurry, so we decided to dine in. The store was clean and my steak salad was really good. My husband's beef burrito had some crunchies in it that he didn't want, but Emanuel immediately corrected their mistake. I love Taco Bell and I'm happy that they offer foods without excessive amount of carbs. This Taco Bell had the automated self order screen. Maybe it will speed up service during busy times. I guess, it's time for me to get used to the modern technology.While eating the GM, Kendra stopped and asked if everything was okay. She told us about their extended hours, and about the area and the company. It's nice to hear employees say positive things about their jobs and employers. Really pleasant experience.

The lady on the drive thru was getting ready to end her shift. She was really sweet. My daughter and I enjoyed her happy to be almost done dance while we waited for our good to come out. I love when I go places and people are happy. It makes service good even if I have to wait a while. Oh before I forget, the new strawberry frozen drink is delicious! Poor customer service. I came through the drive thru asking for their $5 box. The manager or whatever her title is tells me they don't have a $5 and no Taco bell locations have it. I told her I just got one last week at the Delk Rd location. She says "well I'm at the South Cobb drive location and we don't have it" with an attitude. Not sure why she had to be goofy. Be professional. No one made you take that job. I ended up driving to the Delk Rd location. I added a pic from the menu at the Delk Rd location so she can educate herself. Speak for your own location and treat your customers with respect.
