Friendly staff but CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. Paid for a party pack for the kids - 12 soft tacos - got home and only 9 were in the bag.
The staff was super friendly, with a great sense of humor! I'd had a rough day, but they cheered me up! My order was wrong once I got home, but the food was yummy, hot & fresh, and I didn't have to cook, so it's all good!

Ordered a steak dipper burrito and found a piece of plastic in it. Will not be going back to the Smyrna location.
I, in fact did not Skip the line. Ordered in the app at 10:30. Currently 11:09 and my order is not ready. The crew really pushing through despite it being busy af and understaffed. The 3 stars are for management why not staff more people? This location is always busy.

First of all we were unable to order at the drive thru, then when directed to come inside their was 4 people behind the counter 2 working and 2 using vulgar language. We then were told they were unable to takeout order and we had to order from kiosk. When we received our order it was short several items . As we sat there and ate every order behind us was also wrong . This is very depressing for any restaurant chain to be ran

I am only giving 1 star on service cause you cannot use cash and they don't give paper receipts. It's 100% automated and I think that's ridiculous. The kitchen staff were working very hard to handle a huge rush but you can tell they are extremely understaffed. Do better taco bell and hire actual people to run a cashier and help with everything all around.

Please shut this place down. They NEVER and I mean never have what you order. They wait until it’s time to pay to day we dont have steak! How?? So unprofessional and it’s a consistent issue. As much as I love items there.
I will drive a bit further than spend another dime at the Smyrna location.

Xavier is the manager, and he’s not a good one. He refused to help me after I ordered food via Ubereats, and taco bell forgot to give me any utensils or sauces (despite being listed on the order), and then hung up on me. I asked how I’m supposed to eat this bowl without utensils, he said I could come by and get some… if I was able to drive there and get some, then what’s the point of paying for ubereats? He offered no resolution, and hung up on me.
