I am very disappointed in most of the Taco Bell's these days. Most of them have ZERO customer service. I am a Dasher and do this on the side of my job but I've been living in this area for a while now and EVERY single time I come by here to get an order or even to eat myself sometimes I am so disappointed in how rude the staff is. Especially the AM staff. They do not even greet you, they do not look up at you. I was given no smile no acknowledgement at all.

No did not try at all. my crunchwrap supreme tasted like nothing BUT tortilla & burnt only to find out they left the burnt crumbs all over it and inside it. barely any ingredients in it at all. just disappointed.

This is the work Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell’s existence. The food is so bad. I don’t understand how the Taco Bell up the road and every other Taco Bell is better than this one. I’d rather eat del taco and that’s more trash than Taco Bell as a whole. Do better!

Saw that the apple empanadas were back! Advertised on the website, on the windows at the store, and it was literally on the menu but when i tried to order them they said it was discontinued. super disappointed. food was okay overall. thankfully the drive thru service was fast.

Why did they make a mobile order drive thru lane when it's never open? This is the closest taco bell to my house, but I'm so disappointed every time I come here.
It was late at night, I was being complicated due to dietary restrictions and Áine was so amazing! The absolute sweetest, went above and beyond to help!!!

Visit on 9/20/25 @ 9pm two men were polite, got my customized order correct, and were both attentive. Real good service from both. One at window had long locs and the other working the headset had a couple arm tats i think? Working late on a saturday like this with good service, they deserve a raise.

The floor is sticky, tables are dirty, and there is no customer service. We were given the wrong burrito and tried to tell the employee, but all he did was argue with my daughter and refuse to make the order right. The kitchen is nasty. Trash is all over the floor and trash can is over flowing. The only positive is 5he food is fresh.
