I ordered food through the drive thru. When I got to the window, they gave me my drink, but they said it will be a wait for my food. I waited for a long time. While waiting I drunk all my soda. It was a medium soda with lots of ice, so there wasn’t much soda in the cup. Once they gave me my food, I asked for a refill. The manager, who took my order, told me I had to come inside the restaurant and get my own refill. She could’ve just taken the cup by itself without my lid and straw for safety reasons. It was probably a good thing because she probably would have done something to my drink. My food was also barely cooked and not made right. I was not given extra sauce. I was only given one sauce for the cantina chicken quesadilla. The manager was not friendly or professional at all. Please hire better employees for the night crew.

Committed two food safety violations in one visit. I ordered through the app to pick up at the drive thru. Not very welcoming when picking up my order, but that didn’t bother me. They forgot one of my burritos, so I went back to the drive thru and had to wait behind 5 cars (again, not a big deal). When I got up to the window, the order taker didn’t believe that they forgot something and asked for both of my bags. Be then proceeded to go through my bags and actually open up the packages with bare hands. He then handed the same bags back to me after giving me my missing item. In addition, he handed me another bag full of tacos, which I told him was not mine. So, he said to give them back, which I did and can only assume he gave them to the car behind me. I asked if he could just cancel my order s I didn’t want the food any longer, and he said it was an app order and he couldn’t do anything for me. Needless to say my wife and I threw the food out as we weren’t going to eat it after the cashier touched it with his bare hands just because he though I was trying to pull a fast one on him! Apparently, they are not trained on any food safety. I’ve sent an email to the department of health and hope this place gets shut down or gets some new employees. I have ordered food here during the day and it’s always good with good service, but they apparently bring their D game with their night crew.

Hard Chalupa bread, must be old couldn’t even finish all of it. I gave this place another try, and it was even worse. How are y’all still on business? This is the worse location in Georgia.

Simply HORRIBLE. I ordered a Nachos. I will say that there was a teaspoon of cheese, meat, and sour cream. However, it was filled with dry beans.

I will never understand the intent of the management and the oweber only to know that you one day will be CLOSED down.

Worse yet, I returned the food only to be served the same or worse issue. NEVER AGAIN!

Every time you order extra beef for anything they give you the same amount. I want to tell them but I dare not risk my food being tarnish with.if I pay for extra give me extra like the other restaurants

If you are making a custom order ie. extra this/none of that, I would advise you to refrain from doing so in the evening shifts at this location. The LUNCH CREW is on point. 5 stars for them. But if you’re tryna get that late night order without extras or customizations, they will charge you for them and fail to provide; because they don’t care? Probably sheer ignorance… come for the lunch crew. Refrain from the late night - I dont thinka givah crappers. Please try to step it up ya’ll, it’s food. Imagine you’re making a burrito for yourself. You’re hunger heroes for christ sake!!

Stopped at this location while broke down in a commercial motor vehicle (UPS) walked up to drive thru while no car was there stood back so we would be recognized and tried to place order and was denied and told for safety reasons. Myself and partner not being able to get food while stranded 2.5hrs and to be in uniform and still not served was a total nightmare. To Any trucker coming through this area late night please do not stop you won’t be served on foot if your vehicle is broke down and the dining area is closed. WARNING WARNING WARNING

Very disappointed today at this Taco Bell location. Over charging me for product and received wrong food item. I’m a faithful rewards customer here but that’s now have changed. Looking for a New Location.

Arrived early before work to at 7:54 to wait for them to open to get breakfast. I waited until 8:06 & then drove up to the window after no one came. When I got to the window I saw the sign that says 10/02/2024 they will stop serving breakfast & open at 9 am. It is not October yet & the cashier said it applies to now. That they aren’t open. It was such an inconvenience waiting before work for food I was never going to receive. Paper needs to be updated, app needs to be updated, & paper needs to be noticeable in the drive thru. Will not be returning to this location.

"Tawanna" the manager . So she claims to be even though she lacks customer service, proper grammar, and class. Both visits to this location were the same with with her poor attitude. My order was wrong but she refused to correct it . Leaving me with soggy tacos. Even with the food at hand she refused a refund. Not once was i rude or upset but the outcome lacks professionalism, great customer service, and sympathy for a paying customer. Power trip at its finest, but I'm sure this job is the peak of her life. I would be upset if i didn't like my life either . There's no other explanation for her actions.
