I came in and was greeted at an instant. After I got sat down, my waitress (Jordan) was PHENOMENAL!! I had never eaten here before, so she made my experience amazing. She constantly came to check in on me, refill my drink, and made sure that the food was good overall. She’s a wonderful employee! Thank you so much Juciy Crab & more importantly, thank you Jordan for making my first visit a highly satisfied one.

This is the WORST restaurant i’ve been to in my life. How do we come in on a MONDAY EVENING, there’s practically no one there, and 30 mins after our order, the server comes and says the kitchen didn’t get the order?? To make it worst she says to wait for 3-5 mins and another 25 mins pass with no food or updates. Dumbfounding levels of unprofessionality. Would NEVER recommend this restaurant even to my worst enemy. Absolutely trash. First and last time.

First of all- five stars for Xavier! He was very kind and even packed our food in the bag for us. I would say that this is the best Juicy Crab location that I’ve been too. The fried shrimp basket was fresh. It was a great experience. The DJ also did a great job last night for Karaoke night.

Went in today and got a combo 9 and 10 we asked for garlic butter only and no spice since my husband has a medical condition and can’t handle spices, we recieved our food which was red from all the spices put into the meal, we waited 15 minutes for our waitress to come back so we could tell her that our food was wrong and she then has an attitude and rolled her eyes, when we got our new order they simply reused the food we had sent back in the first place. Extremely disappointing and honestly just a waste. Employees standing around on their phones host had a terrible attitude will not recommend this place to anyone.

My stomach was so messed up after eating the shrimp, I mean MESSED UP .. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had both the popcorn shrimp and the boil bag shrimp, no head, I also ordered a drink all to go, keep asking for a coke and I received Sprite, after saying it 3 times, but hey, im a easy going person so I took the sprite and was happy, THANK GOD I went straight home because what happened to my stomach was diabolical, and I know it was from that food because that's all I had ate that day, and had a early dinner the night before, this happened around 2 pm , so I can not speak for night shift. I will never go back. I will seek another location.
