I came in and was greeted at an instant. After I got sat down, my waitress (Jordan) was PHENOMENAL!! I had never eaten here before, so she made my experience amazing. She constantly came to check in on me, refill my drink, and made sure that the food was good overall. She’s a wonderful employee! Thank you so much Juciy Crab & more importantly, thank you Jordan for making my first visit a highly satisfied one.
It was our first time at Juicy Crab Smyrna and the service was amazing. Jordan was our server and she was amazing and patient and had a great attitude. Will definitely be coming back!!
First of all- five stars for Xavier! He was very kind and even packed our food in the bag for us. I would say that this is the best Juicy Crab location that I’ve been too. The fried shrimp basket was fresh. It was a great experience. The DJ also did a great job last night for Karaoke night.
