I always go to this Waffle house to relax after work. Brandon is an awesome evening cook. Extremely friendly and charismatic. We need more cooks like Brandon.

This Waffle House is always packed and that should tell you that the folks working here know exactly what they are doing! My four kids ordered Waffles, my wife and I had an All Star Special. Everything came out right and on time. The food was delicious and the coffee was fresh. The staff, Kristen and the host were all fantastic.

Had breakfast with my dad to celebrate my retirement at his Waffle House. He is a regular and it is good to see how well they treated him.

Everything The Waffle House by the battery WISHES it could be. Staff that's friendly that doesn't rush you out the door after you've just sat down, the food quality is even better which is impressive for a Waffle house. It just seems warmer, more inviting I actually want to come here, I go out of my way to drive to this location even though the Waffle House by the battery is within walking distance. This place is a model of how that business ought to be run.

I ordered the Texas melt for the 1st/last time. It tasted funny but it wasn't bad. Soon as I finished eating (less than 10 minutes) I vomited!! I will NEVER order that again. I'm actually thinking about never going to WH ever.

I am a Waffle House lover. Have been for about 40 years dating back to college. Hit ‘em up all over the Southeast - probably once every couple of months - at all times of day and night. In fact, I consider myself a bit of a Waffle House evangelist, working to convert misguided people who somehow consider this place (where the lights are always on) somehow less than.
Having said all that … This location in Smyrna stands out among the WH masses. Have been a couple of times in last two months when visiting a friend here. Food has been cooked just right. Wait staff has been prompt with refills. Today a server came by while we were still eating to ask if she could clear a few plates. Manager Stephanie is friendly and does a great job. Unlike so many places there was a large staff of cooks and servers on duty today, meaning very little wait time. Highly recommend this location.
Pro tip for reading to the end: Always ask for the waffle dark. Tip 2: Ask for a Waffle House paper hat and wear it with pride!!!

It's the only waffle house I go to. I get consistent food quality every time I order here
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere to bring your kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp accessible, the parking lot is kinda sloped.

waffle house is a staple in atlanta, but i don’t usually go! i took the chance today and went with my parents and was very pleasantly surprised!! one of the workers named Kay was absolutely awesome!! she was moving around and getting everything done while also being super kind! my waffle turned out a slight bit burnt and she was super kind in asking if i wanted another one (i like my waffles a little crunchy, so i said no). great experience, great food, lots of fun!!
