The place LOOKS amazing since the remodel, however.....I don't know who is cooking but this is the second time I've ordered cheese eggs and had no cheese. Either they forgot it or they aren't familiar with the right way to make the signature "waffle house eggs scrambled with cheese" they were clumping and dry. I'm used to the consistent soft velvety eggs. Every other place gets it right, but they keep getting it wrong. It's kinda bothering me l, and I had to mention it. Either they forgot my cheese( I don't eat them without cheese, so I couldn't tell you the texture) , or they aren't making them correctly. Thanks.
