So on this day I went in with the 3rd shift still was still working an the waitress that took my food order was half way sleep thought maybe she might of been high but found out that she hasn't slept since 8 am yesterday which was almost 25 hours ago as I waited for my food the cook was to touchy with the one waitress mind you he has to be in his mid to late 50s an all they talk about was sexual talk as if I wasn't there on top of that the talking about how the next shift always late so I thought it was the end but it's get a lil bit better so upon me paying my bill a waitress found a very nice hat an it lol brand new come to find out it's a expensive high the cook took it out her hand an toss it in to the garage that guy is a walking lawsuit food was good but the atmosphere was way off hope they get this fix soon

The food at this location was very good.The person at drive up window was very nice.Yet, she appeared confused and mixed up our order with previous customers.. Maybe she was tired, or needed more help. It was only her and the cook and this was at 11:30-12:00 at night.

My food was a 7/10Service was 6/10 - Monique was my server and she’s quite annoying . She just kept getting on her phone everytime I asked for something , then never held herself accountable for why it wasn’t done . She just kept saying “I know I gotcha” when she clearly forgot . I had to wait on her to do EVERYTHING and they weren’t even busy . Then when my food was wrong quite a few times , she just kept blaming the cook .

Upon arriving to this location at 12:09pm Tuesday afternoon, expecting to dine in. We were told half of the dining room was closed for some strange reason. Unfortunately we arrived with another family and only had the high top to choose from with limited seating as another gentleman was already occupying the space. We offered our seats to them just being nice. While waiting for our order to go. Two tables became available yet we weren’t offered either of them. As I wasTold my order was ready I had to ask for syrup for a waffle that never made it to my bag. Entering back into the store to remind the waiter that she forgot the waffle, she assumed I was upset about some large plates that they may or may not have had. I didn’t get an apology or anything for the mishap. Customer service here has never been this upsetting. Now I’m having to leave and grab coffee from another destination. It’s just sad that this is what we pay for when it comes to service.
