Manager Christopher has very rude customer service.Not sure how he became the manager over this store with that attitude. I simple went to ask a question about a doordash order and he became upset using profanity at me and in front of other customers. I was extremely embarrassed and extremely upset with the way he conducted himself. I will be calling corporate first thing after submitting this post.Ill never spend money with Wendy's again after this encounter.
There’s this girl at the drive through window with the worst attitude ever! I order a baconator, paid for it, when I checked the bag they gave me the wrong burger. I told her that was not what I order well she didn’t care and said that’s what you ordered and closed the window right away.
Charli was a great cashier and made a good healthy recommendation for me and had good customer service.Ellis had good customer service as well. Food came out fast and hot

I went this location after trying another Wendy’s and their system was down. I ordered but they were unable to make the frosty, so I said that I would take the rest of the order but just refund the frosty. They parked me to wait on that, instead of refunding me because their machine was down - they brought me a cup with liquid and said “you might want to freeze that first”. Seriously? I’ve been to this location twice and this last time I just left without my order. The drive thru lady was extremely rude and condescending with the simplest order and gave me an attitude as she took my order. As much as I love a Wendy’s hamburger, this location won’t get my money again!

They were supposed to hire me after interview. I reached out to DM to get the interview. She said she would contact me before the week was over. I never heard from her. It's been two weeks. I bought black nonslip shoes and everything. As a Customer Review They have no coffee and fries are always cold and the staff is rude and weird as hell. Very Unprofessional.
Glad to seek employment and dine elsewhere from this point forward.

I recently visited the drive-thru at Wendy's and had a disappointing experience. The server, Ashley, was unprofessional and exhibited a rude and unruly demeanor. Her attitude was unnecessarily unpleasant, which made the interaction uncomfortable and left a negative impression on my visit.
I expect a higher standard of customer service from Wendy's, as it's always been a place I've enjoyed. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to ensure all employees provide a welcoming and respectful experience for customers.

Plagued with understaffed issues, lobby closed and only drive through available during normal business hours (9am) due to only 2 workers. Bless them folks, hope the mgmt does better job of staffing in the future.

A lady working the drive through is literally going back and forth with me about a baked potato. I asked for a loaded one she said they don't have that. I said bacon and cheese she said that's not loaded.
When you go sit down at a restaurant and ask for a loaded baked potato what comes on it besides bacon and cheese? Exactly.
I then said for the 2nd time to make my nuggets fresh just to recap my order and she responded "I heard you the first time"
Very combative. Very rude.
I can tell it wasn't the girl who took my card to pay at the window so she must been in the back.
However, the man at the drive through was very nice. Good customer service and tone.
However, to the lady who was rude and combative--get a new job because customer service isn't your strong point and they should take u off the window and interacting with customers and just have you clean up or cook. Be humble sweetie
I will be calling corporate on Monday. And by the reviews I'm assuming it's Ashley since I'm not the only person who experienced this in the drive through.
Update: I contacted corporate Monday 12/2/24 as promised. They will be handling this issue with this rude lady

Always short-staffed, & employees have bad attitudes (no doubt thanks to the notably low wages), and the card terminals are barely functional. Not a good location.

Canceled my order on Doordash and gave no reason. Doordash asked them to remake the order and they said no. Now I am out of food and $30. Doordash doesn't care and neither does Wendy's.
