My family and I used to be regulars for nearly a decade until 3 years ago, we relocated. Today, we decided to make the 30 min drive to get some of our favorite tenders. I placed the order online which was seamless. Order was to be ready at 12:46pm, it wasn't ready until 1:10pm. A little late, but no biggie because I thought we'd be getting fresh food. The food was so disappointing. The tenders were both overcooked in appearance but they were soft in texture. Almost no flavor, the fries weren't seasoned. We couldn't tell the difference between the lemon pepper, the old bay or the cajun flavors. The inside also looks grey? Disappointed but won't be making the drive back.
Reply to the owner - Respefully, the picture is not of the old bay tenders, the picture is of the lemon pepper chicken. The old bay, the lemon pepper and the cajun looked the same. The order also stated extra lemon pepper on the lemon pepper tenders with extra salt on the fries. We also asked for a side of lemon pepper, which we did receive. At quick glance, they looked ok, when we got home is when we noticed the issues. I never said it was grey chicken, I said it looked grey. You can just look at the color of the breading and see how disappointing they look. I know you've been in business for over 20 years, I mentioned I was a customer for 10 when I worked at a dealership a block away.
