I ordered online. When I arrived, the cashier asked for my name, and I told her. She said the order wasn't ready yet so I waited (even though on the app it said it was ready). After 30 minutes, she asked for my name again, and I told her again. She realized my food was sitting at the pick-up counter this whole time. I mentioned that I was waiting 30 minutes for only my food to be sitting there the whole time. She never even gave me my drink and the food was cold by then. I asked to see the manager so I could comment on this and he said "I'm busy cooking." It was only me and another customer, but he refused to talk to me and made cooking fries a priority instead. I went home with cold food.

Ordered a 10-piece combo (classic) with 1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 hot honey. This was my first time at this location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The wings were extremely greasy, with no noticeable flavor, sauce, or seasoning on either variety. I regret not checking my order before leaving. Very disappointing experience.

I came in to order food and as I am here waiting, I just witnessed the shift manager at this location (James) completely humiliate his worker by yelling at her in public and demanding her to speak to him in a certain way. His tone to her was borderline abusive. She professionally and quietly stood there with her arms and hands together too afraid to even look at him, taking the heat. It doesn't matter whether or not she screwed up on something, a good leader NEVER does that to their team. He needs to be taught a lesson on how to lead or step down from his role. Unacceptable!

It’s disappointing that even the manager at this location is rude. At first he didn’t even want to take our order then when i go to order (same mix and match order with classic and boneless I’ve placed online) he says they can’t do an order that way and i instead left. I don’t recommend this location at all.

I think this WingStop is wonderful. The management is very understanding and helpful on solving any problem. The food is fresh and hot. If I had to pick a WingStop to come get service and awesome food(wings, fries, and corn) it would be this location!!!!! Even though it gets busy don’t look to leave. This is because your food will be hot and worth the wait.
Ordered an 8 piece and they bumped me up to a 10 for no extra charge, and when there was a problem in the fries they immediately took care of it. They were super nice and fast too

Paid $60 and barely got any parm on my wings and only had the butter sauce. Didn’t give us the BBQ traditional wings, went back and got handed the buffalo boneless wings. Barely parm seasoning on my fries. Corn was supposed to have only parm and no Cajun. Can’t eat the Cajun corn unless I rinse it off. Not the first time I have had issues with this location. Won’t be going back to this one. Sucks because it’s only 8 minutes away.

I placed a takeout order of wings, fries and a drink. My order was ready for pick up when I arrived, around 15 minutes later. I discovered the fries were missing when I got home. I ‘d also asked them to cook the wings a bit longer, but I honestly don’t think they did because they were soggy, lukewarm and the sauce tasted like cheap bbq sauce. They weren’t very apologetic when I called about the missing fries, but kindly suggested I come back and pick them up, which I did since I’d paid. I’ve tried this location several times- ordering different items and each time I’ve walked away disappointed. After this last visit, it’s pretty safe to say, I will not be returning.

This is a cool neighborhood wing spot with a quick and easy online ordering process. I ordered the bone-in lemon pepper and hot wings with lightly seasoned fries. You can select up to three different flavors on larger wing orders and even choose the amount of seasoning on fries. Great food and friendly service too!!

(Edit) (updated review) I just stopped by a week later from my original review and I am happy to say that all of the previous issues I mentioned seem to have been remedied. You may still have to ask for silverware to go but thats it.
(Previous review) The wings are pretty good, the fries have little to no seasoning most times and you have to ask for more. You also always have to ask for silverware when you order to go. Rap music is playing up front and sometimes the employees have some playing in the back, and it makes me laugh at the vulgarity juxtaposed to a business. The drink machine area is always a mess with no receptacle for straw paper trash. If you order wings with wet sauce make sure to check the bottom of the gigantic paper bag they give you because it may be soaked with sauce or grease.
