These employees clearly DON’T READ I said no pickles on my chicken sandwich smh.
So rude. Tried placing an online order and it took it out twice but the order didn’t place in the system and the refused to help me or refund me or make my food. FIRE these people and I’m calling corporate! Absolutely terrible service!

I stopped here on yesterday for lunch. There was only one customer ahead of me who got his order a couple of minutes after I arrived. After standing at the counter for about five minutes trying to place my order the woman working never acknowledged me. Finally the guy who was cooking came up and ask if I was picking up a call in order. I told him no I wanted to place an order. He stated that they were working on a big order and I would need to place an on line order. Now this is my lunch hour and it took me 20 minutes or so to drive there. This is a terrible way to run a business, not to mention terrible customer service. You know that it's lunch time and customers will be coming in to place orders during their lunch break and you're telling them you can't take their order they need to order on line. I've never had this happen to me at a restaurant especially during lunch time. I've eaten at this Wingstop many times before over the last several years but I will never do business with them again.
