Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Owner needs to higher someone older than 15 to work

I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker with only one car in front of me. After finally ordering and paying, they handed me my drinks and asked me to “pull up by the bushes.”

It’s now been over 25 minutes (I wish I was exaggerating) and I’m still waiting for my food. It’s pretty obvious they’re moving cars forward to cheat the service timer, but that doesn’t make the experience any better. This is supposed to be fast food, not a sit-in-the-parking-lot situation.

Not sure what’s going on inside, but whatever system they’re using isn’t working. Really disappointing experience at this location.

Good place and very nice. We come in often and the music is the same every time. Which makes it hard to come in more.

Best place in the world I met this guy named Paul and he took care of my family. They got best service here easily to eat quiet in here nice and cool air.

THE FRIENDLIEST AND CLEANEST ZAXBYS I'VE EVER BEEN IN! Nikki took the order for my daughter and I. She was very welcoming and friendly. Even though she asked my name for my order (which I expected her to call out once ready) I looked up and she was willing our order to our table with everything we could have possibly needed (napkins, condiments and extras). Went to wash my hands and the restrooms were so clean, I was shocked. And for the 1st time ever at a Zaxbys, the manager Mike came over to check on us, just because. So glad I was early for my appointment down the road, because I will definitely be back!
