Absolutely outrageous they don’t accept cash at all

I will never purchase from here again. Visited on 11/25/25 to order the House Salad. I ordered through the drive through and my first sign to leave should have been when the employee yelled we don’t accept cash at this location, just credit card. I did not heed to my initial impression and ordered anyway. When I got to the window the young lady took my credit card and returned it with no receipt. Had to ask for one and she had to ask supervisor to print. When I got the salad it wasn’t even dressed up. They had the cheese and onion straws in small dressing cups. I guess that’s their way of saving by shrinking the size of the salad. I will never go back and advise anyone reading this review to avoid as well. There are two other locations within two miles of this location.

amazing service, everything was quick and easy and it was exactly what i needed. I had a magnificent experience here, and thats because of leah! She was smooth and friendly 💕. She made sure my order was fresh, hot, and out in no time. I would definitely keep coming back!

They do not even deserve one star by far the worst zaxbys in Georgia. Customer service is terrible and the food is never good.

Very disappointed tonight with the poor customer service and food I received! The food was not fresh. Fries were all broken up and old. The nibblers were thrown together, bread barely toasted, and dry. I will not be returning! Do better! And train your employees to have better customer service especially if they will be working at the drive through!

Hard to tell what I liked best. Was it the zero napkins and incorrect order items? Or was it the fact that Zaxby’s no longer accepts cash. Folks, don’t patronize places that no longer accept cash. ESPECIALLY corporate entities.

Such a great experience! The cashier was so kind and friendly, truly made my day. The restaurant was very clean, and everything came out hot and fresh — exactly how it should be! It’s nice to see a place that still takes pride in both great service and great food. I’ll definitely be back!

Check your orders, especially when you order their sauces. They’re supposed to fill the ramekin up to the top— full— and they don’t. They fill it less than 1/5th of the way and a few are maybe closer to halfway full— it’s bullshit. I’ve reached out to their corporate office and have worked in corporate QSR. This is a franchisee location and they’re skimping on sauce and probably fries when you sub fries for the coleslaw on some orders. Yeah fine it’s $0.25 so I know it’s a small thing to be frustrated about but also, it’s only $0.25– they should be following policy. Take pictures. Tag @zaxbys. Ask for more because this is the worst of capitalism.

First told us they could make salads but then changed their mind when I was leaving. I asked if the milkshakes were available and they said yes. Then went to order and said they couldn’t. Also, the heat wasn’t on so it was freezing and they wouldn’t turn off the fans. Worst Zaxby’s ever!!!!

ordered two Zaxbys salads in Cobb Prkwy in Smyna Ga after dropping off my vehicle to Pugmire Lincoln and Picking up a rental car at Enterprise with Virginia plates on the front. While eating in the restaurant halfway through my salad, I found a hair mixed into the food. I took the salad back to the counter and felt sick and lost my appetite, showed management the hair, however was offered a remake on the salad, I declined. I requested a refund where I was asked to supply my credit card which I did, I rant to restroom to throw up which I did. When returned from the bathroom a staff member attempted to hand me a new salad. I refused again leaving the establishment. The next morning on my bank transactions where ai expected to see a refund of 11,00 I was charged an additional 11.00 and so now I was charged 34.00 for 1 salad eaten and 2 salads I did not receive. I was told to come back up there 25 miles away as I live in douglasville how inconvenient and how did this happen the actual manager did this assuming I was from out of town and tried to mess me over, for I was messed over with a Harry salad! Nice way to treat customer!!!!!! Keep the 23.00 I will never go back and will refer everyone I can to the surprisingly similar reviews on your corporate headquarters reviews!!!!!!!!
