Food stayed on counter for at least 10 mins before they packed it and called my name, whereas other orders that got put out by the kitchen got packed before mine. The employees were distracted and talking to one another while I was hangry >:/

They have a employee outside in the cold taking orders. There's no issue with the voice box at all so no reason to do it. If this is a new strategy atleast equip them properly more than just a regular tent, insulate it. Better yet why even do that? Dude was literally shaking in the cold...

Though the inside is still open, the 3 young ladies working the front claim the computers in the front are down. If that is the case, drive through should be rolling them in and out with 6 extra hands but of course, these young ladies are holding up the front counter and just chit chatting like there is nothing to do. Must be nice to get paid to stand around and do nothing. They don't make people like they used to. What happened to working hard? I was about to post this and finally got to the intercom and they said the systems are down all across the store. This was a pointless trip.

THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU IF THEY SUBSTITUTED ITEMS!!!!! I ordered fried pickles online (as well as a meal) and they put cheese curds instead. I’m SEVERELY allergic to cheese and called to try to get the right item or refund. They said I could come back with a refund because they are out if fried pickles. When I get there they magically have fried pickles again and made me some…. I wanted a refund but that option wasn’t available. ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY. Jairo should have let me know when I picked up the food that they were out instead of letting me possibly have an allergic reaction due to service negligence. I should have received that refund. I dont even want these fried pickles now cus I’m livid my life may have been on the line.

I usually don’t have bad experiences at Zaxby’s this probably the worst location I’ve been to. Ordered a zax snack and the fries were cold and the chicken is lukewarm at best. I’m assuming they out of sauce because they put in a sauce cup but didn’t fill it up. Overall a disappointing experience.

Very similar to canes, but they offer slightly more on the menu. The chicken and fries are seasoned more than canes. I don’t like the toast from here as much as I like the toast at canes. Canes sauce is better than their sauce in my opinion. Overall great experience.

Visit itself was fine. Truly. I’ve seen and heard all the hype about Zaxby’s. Never been till this past Thursday. Can’t say it get all the hype. Food was good, but waaaaaaay overpriced. All in all, it was ok.
