8/14/25 in the late evening. Good customer service. Britany was polite, patient while I figured out what to order, and very quick with getting my drink out. Another employee, male with curly dark hair, was also attentive. Came up to me ready to take my order not having known i had already been taken care of then proceeded to continue on down the line to get orders ahead of time rather than waiting for the line to come to him. Good service all around.

Customer service was terrible, a lady laid on my car as being lazy and shows she didnt want to work. Coffee was terrible and provided that the information wasnt provided for the coffee that was selected. I will no longer be going back for coffee there and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there.

I just left the drive-through at Seven Brew and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and energy that instantly brightened my day.
A huge shoutout to Shmar, who took my order. Shmar was not only professional and efficient but also warm, engaging, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s clear that they love what they do. The coffee was delicious, the service was quick, and the positive vibes were unmatched.

Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying 7brew today but as I waited patiently in line, I was greeted rudely then when I asked a question about trying a new flavor got a dumb look and pushed to the side and told I didn’t know what I want lol so I just left without getting anything guess I will stick with Dunkin or Starbucks

I’m sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly I came through today with tears in my eyes my son started kindergarten and I just found out my grandpa passed away, I only told you about my son starting kindergarten and you were kind enough to give me my drink for free so I told you about my grandpa & I shared a little cry among Giving you a business card lol I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my morning a little better!!

My friend has been raving about 7 Brew, so I finally decided to check it out—and I’m glad I did!
This location has a double-lane drive-thru layout, and the crew made ordering super easy and friendly. With so many drink options, I kept it simple and ordered the Salted Caramel Vanilla & White Chocolate with oat milk. It hit the spot—smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet.
The wait time was quick, and the medium size felt like a great value for what I got.
If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely try another one of their specialty coffee drinks. This spot lives up to the hype!

I apologize if you made the drink wrong but there’s no need to give a customer an attitude. I go there every day and never has this ever happened. Thought management should know about it
