Great drinks but hard to decipher what to get because the menu isn't that clear. Would be nice if brewista's made suggestions. Customer service is not bad but very inconsistent. You may get someone who is super friendly and helpful or someone who just shows up to do their job, nothing more, nothing less.
As a first timer location was in a horrible spot, the young man that helped us was super nice , gave us recommendations and makes me wanna go back, however the ice coffee I got was literally milk and ice I counted barely taste the coffee and didn’t look anything like the picture. Tasted awful and was super disappointed. Considering we were the only ones in line I would assume the manager guy making the drinks would put some love in his craft but just disappointment

My coffee was hot but not very exciting.
The muffin I purchased came cold and when I read the ingredients I felt horrible eating.
I left a tip ……please update your menu and I’ll come try it out again . Meanwhile I’ll stick to McDonalds or the new Starbucks that’s about to open up nearby….
