American Deli

Was just advised that didn’t have running water when a patron went to wash their hands. The cashier advised the patron that the water was off and they really don’t need running water to cook the food… Ummmm how are they washing their hands? Gross! I’ll never go there again.

Disgusting. Their new BBQ is not BBQ at all. I was told it's their new BBQ. Representative not helpful at all. Beware.

This is literally the absolute worst American deli location that you will ever go to, but especially in Gwinnett county I would avoid this location at all cost! The staff is young and very disrespectful. They have signs everywhere that say no refunds because they know that they are known for messing up orders.! I ordered a Philly plain with just meat and cheese. They put peppers in it. I respectfully went back and let them know about their mistake. They picked them out instead of remaking it like they told me to didn’t care that I said I was allergic and had a reaction to it and then I took it back there they didn’t want to give me a refund or remake my food, they were disrespectful. I will be calling corporate on them

This place is dirty and nasty. They just let people take uber eats food without pressing the “I’ve received this order” button. When I got my order and deliver person figured out the cashier who was working on 5/8/24 around 2pm and 3pm wouldn’t answer the phone. She wasn’t any help and actually told me “ohh this happens often” but wouldn’t remake my food for the next deliver person and she cut the phone off so I couldn’t call back and tell her the new person who was getting my order.
