Normally I never have a problem at this location, but on August 1st, I waited for more than 5 minutes to place my food order...... I then waited for 20 minutes to get my order, after the 2 people behind me were served ahead of me. I guess the drive thru customers are more important than the walk up customers...... VERY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Drive through took about 25 minutes. Not sure if this is standard, but they said it was the chicken. Also, the flavor in the soda fountain was very light.

There are only two cars in drive-thru One customer inside and we've been waiting for 10 minutes on the curb to receive our food it doesn't make sense

The service was terrible. Had me wait 14 minutes in drive thru and finally went in. No apologies, no nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Didn't have what I ordered when I got to window, so I settled for a burger. Had to wait about 10 minutes for it. It tasted alright, but my frustration wouldn't allow me to enjoy it. I more than likely won't return.

Went through the drive through and was the only car in line and waited 15 minutes for my food. Once I started eating I realized 1/3 items I ordered wasn’t correct.

Great store but the girl at the window was really rude today. I told her what I wanted and she repeated it back to me, when I tried to correct her she yelled at me. That's not great customer service. Also not what I'm use to at this restaurant. She needs to listen to her customers order that way the order will be correct the first time. I've worked in fast food, so I know things get messed up sometimes but you yelling at your customers is not the way it's done.

I went there as soon as they open and may have been the first person to order but recall roast beef sandwich that the meat was so dry it cracked and fell apart. It was so dry it was hard and stiff. It was terrible and I love this location. I never received anything like that before but I guess it is because I was the first person of the day and go leftover extremely dried out nasty meat. Why would they think I would not see it and felt it was ok to give it to me anyways? What were they thinking.

I purchased the Reuben meal for just under $12 dollars. It's worth $5. The curly fries and the Reuben sandwich was tasteless. I only enjoyed the Barqs rootbeer.

I went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The worker was extremely rude while I was trying to place my order. They were impatient and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. I ended up not even completing my order because of how I was treated. Customer service should always be a priority, and this visit definitely made me think twice about coming back.
