They never answer their phone. I had to call up there because I live 30 minutes away to see if I left something and they never ever answered. This was numerous times starting around 5:45 PM 3-12-25 . Complete laziness even if they're busy they can answer and say thank you for calling Arby's can you please hold. No excuses for not answering the phone. Not every phone call is a complaint guys!!! Stop purposely not answering the phone.
