Went Wednesday around 12-1, peak lunch time, the service was incredibly quick & welcoming! I had Hunter A. As my server, as I had only been to bonefish once before last year, I was still unfamiliar with the menu, when I explained my tastes he was very knowledgeable & helped cater my order to make sure it would be the best it could be. The food went to the table within' a reasonable timeframe, just make sure to ask for bread, the ciabatta was well cooked and the butter was well seasoned. Next time I shall inquire about extra garlic. The sweet tea was also very well made. I plan to return, again.

We sat at the bar and had Kayley as one of our severs! She was AMAZING! She engaged in conversation with us, as well as made sure we had everything we needed at all times! We will definitely be coming back!

The food is excellent. I was not crazy about the dish I ordered. I have eaten at Bonefish Grill before and can vouch for the food. The service is stellar and the atmosphere is impeccable 👌

I popped in for a quick lunch with my wife. The experience took over an hour and a half. We sat for nearly 20 mins before being acknowledged. Honestly the server seemed to be doing her best. They had her running to go orders and bartending in addition to serving. So due to the lack of proper staffing my visit that should have been 30 mins pushed 2 hours. I ended up having to find a random employee so I could pay and leave.

I discovered a piece of glass in my crab cake and called the restaurant. They said they would contact the manager, but I was left on hold for 20 minutes, and no manager ever responded. This place is both dangerous to order food from and highly unprofessional.

Several times now, we have been to this location. Generally, very good food and good service. They offer very tasteful specials to keep their menu fresh and changing. Great place to celebrate! The manager or owner greets and checks on you during your meal at your table. Today, they were out of some very specific items but offered premium alternatives that we did enjoyed. Our party of 6+ thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will be coming back!

We have been to this location before and had a good experience. Tonight we didn’t even make it past the hostess stand. We had a reservation but when we walked in the hostess told us it would be over an hour wait. When we told her we had a reservation, she told my husband it didn’t apply tonight. She was not great at communicating and told us if we wanted to stay we would need to wait like everyone else. We understand that Saturday nights are busy, but the reservation system should not be an option if it isn’t honored AND they need someone at the hostess stand that has customer service skills
This review is in regard to the how slow they are - alllll the time. I actually stopped coming to this restaurant because of this issue but recently I decided to give them a try again and they are still slow. It doesn’t matter if I order to pick it up myself or on Door Dash, I am always waiting a long time to get my food. It could be in the middle of the day and the restaurant is not busy - still a long wait. MANAGEMENT - if you are reading this, please notice how long it takes to complete orders, it is a turn off and why I stopped ordering from this location before and why I will now go back to not eating here. SMH!

It's our 32nd Wedding Anniversary on New Years eve and we decided to celebrate at one of our favorite places, Bonefish. I had the lobster stuffed shrimp special, and it was outstanding. My hubbie had the shaved Brussel Sprout salad with salmon and he absolutely loved it. Everything was great. We'll be back! No photos 'cause ate it up!

I have tried to like this place. I have, because it's "supposed" to be nice, right? It's just not. It's like, it's trying to be a nice, more expensive, a tier higher than your typical affordable restaurant, but it just falls short. The menu items and their descriptions sound really delicious, but then I get them, and they fall short of the goal line. I don't know why. I don't know if it's the talent or the recipes, I don't know. The cocktails are good, I think. I haven't ordered a drink anywhere else since cocktails have gotten super chic or high-end, though. So, I don't have anything to compare them to besides the simple drinks I got in my 20's, 25 yrs ago. So...
