Went for anniversary dinner and we both ordered specials. Mine came out great. My husbands came out with raw broccoli that was cold; and the fish was cold as well. We sent it back and it came back out same plate, nothing had been touched except it had been placed in a microwave or warmer. Broccoli still raw. The waitress was quite apologetic and said it had been happening all night at nearly every table. So disappointing. We had to come home and cook dinner for my husband after spending good money at what is supposed to be a very nice restaurant.

This place was amazing I love the food overall its a great atmosphere to be in its very elegant and very welcoming. Food absolutely fabulous my only concern is they use to have the keylime cake which I love but now they substitute it when a pie and I was disappointed about that. Also, the popcorn they use to have not the bang bang shrimp it was another popcorn shrimp in the menu which was delicious now its not in the menu no more. So, everytime I find something great in a restaurant that im new too it seems like couple months later its not in the menu any more. But, overall Fabulous Resturant when any occasion.

Normally we have a great experience hands down but this time they were over book we had to sit outside the event we booked and go to every month. The service was really slow this time we got there at six twenty didn't leave till almost eleven the bartenders left before us.

The restaurant was understaffed. We waited about 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Bar and food were pretty slow.

The food, drinks, and service was excellent. Our servers Sarah and Stephanie were exceptional. We did, however, have issues with OpenTable reward which restaurant and OpenTable tried to resolve.
I don't know if the value directly enhanced the tasty deliciousness of the food courses, but the cost definitely made my wallet happy and the food made me ready to return soon! Awesome experience!

I'd definitely say the food was good and the vibes Throughout the restaurant were beautiful. We really enjoyed our meal and our waiter was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We are already planning what we will eat on our next visit.

The Brunch event was a nice concept but poorly executed. I will not be doing this again as the service was so bad it was shocking. They did not clear plates and we asked three times for water and finally got some 45 minutes later. Just a terrible experience and waste of almost 3 hours and over priced.

Service was nice and our waitress was very sweet/kind. But I was disappointed in the overall experience. We were looking for a nicer restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. I've been to other Bonefish locations where it's practically fine dining. That is not this. Dress is mixed with people in workout clothes and others in business casual. Drinks were slow. The girl who dropped off appetizers didn't realize we had no silver ware and left before we could ask. Food was just okay, not worth the price point.

We had to send my wife Cheeseburger back however once the error was corrected it was great. Thanks to the Manager James and waitress Phebe for the assistance. I had the crusted Rainbow Trout which was good. We will be back.
