I received terrible customer service from Val. She was rude, had an attitude, and was very dismissive. I wasn’t even greeted when I approached the ice cream stand, nor did she make eye contact with me. When I mentioned how I was offended by her attitude, she shrugged and said “I’m just trying to get this order.” As a result, I canceled my order.

Came to get ice cream and the girl Makayla was AMAZING. very nice sweet and punctual. Great customer service. Someone should give her a raise. Fr ask for her tip her she will make sure your good !
These young people are hard workers , kind, and courteous. Please get Sour Apple Icee, POST Fall Hours on marquee, and Be Safe!
I got there before closing time and 1 girl wanted to attend us and the other one didnt.

My favorite ice cream shop
I went to this location and got my usual (2 scoops of birthday cake in a cup with extra sprinkles) the lady gives me my ice cream and it honestly looked like she gave me 1 scoop instead of 2 and when i asked about it she said “the first one is smushed” WHY ARE YOU SMUSHING MY ICE CREAM?! overall, they are very stingy on the amount of ice cream they give with each scoop. AND THEN there was barely any icing in my BIRTHDAY CAKE ice cream everybody knows the whole point of birthday cake ice cream is the blue icing if i wanted just plain vanilla with sprinkles i would have gotten that.
