Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Bruster's Snellville is awesome! My family has been going there since my girls were very young and have never been disappointed. The owner, Shelly, went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday extra special this year. My daughter was the first to have a birthday party there years ago and she really wanted a Bruster's shirt for her birthday. Shelly went out of her way to find her one, and she loved it!

Disgusting experience…To provide some context, it was late evening and about an hour before closing. I ordered a malted milkshake, and I am confident that the employee, intentionally “spit” in my drink!
I had asked the person making the milkshake if she remembered to add the malt powder to my shake, as it appeared she had forgotten. She seemed irritated by my question, and after reaching for the malt powder, she stood directly with her back to me, scooped the powder into my cup, and leaned over it in a way that made it clear she deliberately spit in my drink. The visible reaction of shock from her coworker that was standing next to her was all the confirmation I needed. I requested a refund and declined the drink.

I ordered banana split with two scoops of almond chocolate coconut and 1 scoop of pistachio and with no cherry and lady made made my order wrong instead she put three scoops of regular chocolate and cherry and she didn't put pretzel also she put top on it which messed up my ice cream.

Great sorbet flavors

I’ve been going to this location for years and use my rewards app for each purchase. On Sunday my family and I stopped by for our usual orders which include brownie and waffle bowl sundaes. I was informed (by a new employee who’s been there only a few months) that whipped cream and a cherry cost additional. On a sundae?! I understand an additional charge for each ACTUAL topping and was charged EXTRA just for whipped cream and a cherry on each sundae, which is ridiculous considering that that’s part of what makes a sundae, a sundae. What a ripoff!

When I asked the server "Did you just microwave that plastic bowl?" (in reference to my Brownie Sunday) she shrugged and was like "It was only 15 seconds..." I'm not paying for microplastic and leached chemicals, thank you.

After our DoorDasher took an item from our order they were kind enough to help us figure out what happened and replaced our missing item without hesitation. A+ customer service and extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 will continue to come back

We’ve visited this location numerous times over the years and it doesn’t disappoint. The ice cream is fresh. The ice cream cakes are superb! I worked at Bruster’s when in college and it’s nice to see that the consistency hasn’t changed.
