My first visit was late, about 45mins before closing and my burger was wonky, I ended up speaking with a manager and she gave me a free cup on for another burger. y'all the impossible burger is impossibly good. and you HAVE to try the banana foster milkshake!!

This was my first time eating at burger 21 and wow it was an beautiful amazing experience. The burger had so many flavors and the burger was very filling definitely worth the price! I recommend everyone to eat there! Beautiful experience will be coming back.

They make great burgers including the non-meat Impossible and black bean burgers at the Snellville Georgia location. The price is reasonable and they also offer beer and wine if that interests you.

Are negative stars even possible? BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Went to get a take out order but they couldn't get it right if their lives depended on it! I ordered 2 burgers and tenders but it was an absolute disaster! They brought out the order with missing items! Then went back to get missing tenders and brought it out with another customers order only to have that customer say that its not their order. They brought it to me and it was still missing the fries! By the time they got their act together (basically I just said forget it and walked out) got home the burgers were soggy because I had to stand there over 20 mins with cooked food in the bag! With all that said I will never go back there again! Even if my life depends on it!

It was my first time at Burger21. It was definitely an excellent experience! I had the Shroom burger. It was delicious!! The staff was great, the service was wonderful. My kids took me there and I'm really not a burger person, but I was blown away..the burger tasted fresh and not frozen. I will definitely go back and let others know about this Great place!!

Will NOT return to this restaurant. Ordered my family's meals online thinking this would save time....WRONG. Arrived at this location when our order was supposed to be ready. No line inside and only one other person waiting for a to go order. It took one of the cashiers (who was stand at the register talking to the other cashier) twenty minutes to finally walk over and ask for my name for the to go order. After she walked of another employee comes to inform me that they are out of the type or burger I ordered and could only make 2 out of the three I ordered. I was offered a refund for the one burger, order a different burger or wait ten minutes while they make up they burger and cook it. Almost one hour later I am walking out of the restaurant with my order and it is still wrong. At this point I just want to leave. Not once did I ask for a partial refund or anything free. Customer service here is VERY much nonexistent. WILL NOT RETURN to Burger 21.

this is a tough one. i love this place, i love the food, and usually the people! but last Wednesday i had a terrible experience, long story short i was waited on by a waitress named Kelsey, i don't know what it was about her, but she did not like me the moment i walked in. i did not think much of it, i know the job can be stressful, i have been a waiter my self. well, when she handed me my receipt, she had a bit of a smug look on her face, then walked away. to my amazement she had written " go back where you belong :)" on my receipt! i could not believe this! mostly because i am native AMERICAN, and a VETERAN of the US ARMY!! but also the complete disregard of this woman. when she came back to pick up the bill i asked to speak with the manager, well she said she was the manager. i wanted nothing more to do with this situation. i have filed a formal complaint. i am leaving this review here to let people know that somehow, in 2019, people still get away with this kind of thing. i am sorry to say i will no longer be a customer of burger 21
The burgers here are some of the best in the area. Their milkshakes and desserts are also great, and the staff is super friendly. I usually get the bacon cheesy, and they always cook it perfectly. The sweet potato fries are also good.

I absolutely love Going here. They make the best burgers and i always get the lettuce bun and they make them very well. Unlike 5 Guys' lettuce bun being very sloppy and impossible to eat, Burger 21 makes a fine high quality burger. I always eat 2 burgers when going here.

Med. Burger was well done my daughter got a bacon cheeseburger asked for No 21 sauce they put it on there we pointed this out they just changed the top bun the sauce was still on the burger and the cheese. everything had no flavor kids hot dog bun was cold everything was bland even though I got a barbecue bacon cheeseburger with onion straws.
