They say have it "your way" but when I ask for my whopper to be cute in half - she says they no longer do that. Even though they used to. In many other locations still do. So what's the difference, other than their willingness to cut a sandwich in half.

01/08/2022 Edit: Everytime my daughter orders from here something always goes wrong. From getting the wrong order, being made wrong, or never being delivered. Tried calling and a usual no one answers and the app freezes up. Please do something about this. Heck even the order she received that was someone else's order, it was even wrong. A number to call in this situation, please?

Such a rip off. Ordered to meals thru drive thru and left a whole meal accept the fries. Very unpleasant. The employee need to learn how to read the orders and but food in the bag correctly. There is no need to rush everyone's order and mess up everything.

Last time I visit this location! Waited an extended amount of time to place my order and get my food. The price is increasing, and the quality of food continues to decline. Purchased a BK fish sandwich and it was not the same. It was rubbery and the nuggets were hard and oddly shaped. Shameful that people can't get what they pay for. Mgr was heard telling workers to get the doos out so the line can move. Guess this is the price you pay for fast, warm, and stale food these days. Smh
Just went to pick up a quick meal and the drive threw was backed up so I decided to go inside. Nobody in line and one couple waiting for their food. Thought I was winning until the worker told me to hold on so they could get the back log of drive threw orders. They only had 3ppl working, 1 doing drive threw, 1 cook, and 1 up front. Needless to say it was super slow and I was already late and promised someone this meal. The worker up front discouraged some ppl that came in after me and they turned around and left. They need good help at this location, it wasn't their fault per se but that was my experience. Hope they get the help they need. The customers did not "Rule" or "Have it our way" that day. No pics.....yal know what BK food look like lol

Team member Richard Stephens is awesome! Gave me polite and humorous service I would not expect from a fast-food chain. Food was above average compared to other locations. Definitely will be coming back for more.
