Why is this even open...ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn't even put the tomato on it...cold fries...No one that looks like an adult is working at this establishment...kids on there phones collecting a check and don't care what they serve!

I waited 10 minutes just to place my order. The young lady acted like she didn't want to take the order. After the order I only had two cats in front of me and I waited another 10 minutes before I got to the windows. When I finally get to the window, the car in front of me decided to leave without paying and getting food. I waited 5 minutes before I pulled off myself. The lady never came to the window to greet me. She took drive thru orders and went about doing whatever else she wanted to do. She never acknowledged me while sitting at the windows for five minutes before I pulled off. Never will I go to that Burger King again. Horrible

TAY. Was fantastic In The drive thru and got my food out fast and in a hurry ! Great energy and very pleasant . His manager was a woman and I forgot her name but she was fantastic as well. Keep good people around like them . And FIX yall parking lot . There’s a big hole in it that’s been there for months .

If I could give this place no zeros I definitely would. This is the most unprofessional, most ghetto, and unpredictable service I have ever experienced. I live 3 miles from this location so it is convenient, but I’d rather starve than to ever spend my money here again! I’ve been on numerous occasions and the service and food get worse! Then when u return with the wrong food order they have the audacity to get mad bc they got my order wrong! It’s happened so many times it feels like it’s done on purpose! I don’t eat egg on my sandwiches period so for you to tell me what you assumed you heard but get it right on the screen but not in the bag is a mystery! If you’re hungry bypass this place! Taco Bell across the street has better food and better service! They got training in customer service and it shows! This place should take pointers!

Air conditioning still not fixed 8 months after review This is an update playground is closed. Service was good and got food reasonably fast. I believe there was maybe 3-4 people working at the time. We had no missed items
Ordered 2 whopper meals. Received a burger with bacon and filled with jalapeños. Ordered sprites with the meals and received two cups of carbonated water. I should have read the reviews before going to this location. Never again! They only got one star because I had to give one in order to leave this review.
