Totally horrible experience!! Everytime I come here there is always an issue . Example 1. In the mornings they are always out of biscuits , or they are out of croissants . This is a frequent occurance . This morning really took the cake !!! They were out of biscuits and they were not offering receipts so I had to use my card and take there word for it can you believe that !!!! By them not having breakfast foods I asked for a whopper which was absolutely cold and horrible . They had so much mayonnaise and ketchup it was dripping all over the place and the fries were ice cold . I asked the manager can I please exchange it and she told me I could not change it and that it’s made correctly although I was disappointed. I will never ever eat there again and also the manager had zero customer service

I come here often and it never fails that something goes wrong. A usual order i get is 2 whopper jr.'s with cheese and 2 cheeseburgers and somehow the whopper Jr's end up burnt or without cheese. And it takes just a long time. I could watch my gas drop as im waiting to get to the window and at the window.

It never fails, every time I go to this Centerville location late night their system is down or they are out of something I’m trying to order. I drove all the way there 12:25am and the system is down again. The closing time is 2:00am.

This was the best Burger King experience I have ever had. The food was very fresh and the customer service was top tier. Renata is such a sweetheart and you can tell she truly cares for her customers. The one on one service she provided was definitely to remember. I will absolutely be back.
