We went 8/2 at about 8:00. Lady at window was a bit rude. Opened window and said they didnt have catfish do we want regular fish fish. Hubby asked was there a price difference and she said no. Catfish was 13.99 and reg fish is 9.99! All of a sudden they had catfish. They also didnt have sweet and sour. And hubbys order didnt have hushpuppies. Threw in a breadstick. We always say we wont come back every time we go here, which is about 3 times a year. But now, we really wont.

Such a lonely store. Hard to access since the updated traffic patterns in Snellville. Food was good, staff was kind and helpful. Maybe they will survive. I am not sure. If you can't afford Red Lobster, this is the next best thing.

Our lunch today was very good. I love it that they cook the meals fresh as you order them. This is one of my favorites because it's a lot better than other fast food places

I came here to try the lobster 🦞 bisque. I ordered at the window and was instantly disappointed when I was told they were out. I then decided on the lobster 🦞 rolls with fries. The food was fresh but I think they could have gave a few more fries and actually added salt to them.
As far as service the speaker was going in and out so it was kind of difficult to place the order. And also the girl at the window left right in the middle of handling our order.
The guy who ended up handing the food out the window did say have a great night.

Came today 07/09 at 7 PM. Waited over 30 minutes for food after placing an online order much in advance. There was no apology for the wait and nobody checked up until I went up to the cashier twice. It was said that there was only one cook, Sebastian, who was frying items. I asked for some more tartar sauce instead of the usual 3 they give. I wasn’t able to get more after asking the cashier, but I feel like as a company when you’re making people wait over 30 minutes for a simple order, the least you can do is give 1 or 2 extra sauce or offer something free from the menu that’s lowly priced for the inconvenience of wasting time waiting at a fast food restaurant.

I ordered fish and hush puppies. I was given a completely different kind of fish than their normal fish , a white fish . I called back to inform them of the incident. I was told “oh well” I will throw this meal in the trash can . It is not what I ordered and when I called to question why I did not receive my choice of fish , I did not receive any answer from the second person I spoke to . I doubt I will be back if their fish tasted like this . I know it won’t make any difference to them .

Employees were outside smoking and sitting in their vehicles when my family and I arrived.

Food was raw, cold and had an off putting taste. As soon as we were served the employees proceeded to go back outside to their vehicles to smoke.

Not a welcoming atmosphere. Food wasn’t fit to eat. Waste of money.

I do not recommend eating here. I think it should be closed indefinitely or get new employees that want to work and prepare proper meals for their customers.
