Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes. Service is slow. This isn’t the first time, but it is the last time. They need to be shut down !!!

Screwed up my order, left the order sitting for at least 15 minutes after it was done, I had to ask if that's my order, not a good experience and other customers were complaining, it was my first time there and last!

If I could give them a zero I would. My mother who is 70 years old and partially disabled tripped in their establishment 7 days ago. No one who worked there even asked if she was ok , later that evening I tracked down the GM and gave her my info and my mothers info, and she informed me the day manager hadn't even told her about the fall. My mother had to go to urgent care to have x rays and receive treatment, she cannot walk very much and her leg is now 2x the normal size. NO ONE FROM THIS LOCATION NOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE HAS CONTACTED HER IN 7 DAYS!!! ya'll 7 DAYS and not one person from this establishment or corporation has even checked on an elderly customer who hurt themself at their place of business.

Food was awful, waited almost 45 mins for orders to be ready, fries cold, heavy thick over done breading couldn’t taste the fish or shrimp underneath it all. Didn’t even offer an apology for the long wait, drink machine had no ice and had been that way for a while according to staff, drinks were flat

There are only cleaning products on the countertop there was no heat as though the grill or oven was working and the place just seemed very weird The ambiance was just very unusual. The fish was fried with chicken fat or with some kind of chicken breading and the hush puppies were very hard and burned. I don't know if there was no manager there or maybe there was and they hadn't ordered or emptied their grease traps but it didn't seem very operational.

The young lady who took our order was very kind she had an amazing smile but everything beyond that was just oddly not working.

Today is January, 25, 2025, went in at 12:10 pm. Went in to order some fish sandwich and french fries. The fries looks like it could feed a toddler, not only that it, was cold, the sandwich was horrible, and cold as well. This is my second time, I will not be visited in the future.

I pacifically asked for hot fried okra, and hot catfish. My catfish was hot. The hush puppies were cold and gummy, and the okra was old and cold.

I placed an online order through their corporate website for the correct location in Snellville, just as I have numerous times before. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time as per my order details that confirmed my payment and acceptance of order. The location was closed, I’m assuming in celebration of Juneteenth as the date was 6/20 the Monday after the holiday.

I’m not complaining about the location, I go here regularly as the food and the staff are great. My issue is with my money, this is the second time I have payed prior to pickup and the location has been closed upon arrival. I have yet to receive any communication from the local store nor corporate, and definitely haven’t received any kind of refund.
The ordering system should not be able to accept orders if a restaurant is closed or will be closing early during normal operating business hours. Google also claimed the store was open and you could place an online order for pickup through them as well.

Maybe it is my fault for ordering yet once again, but there’s no maybe that my bank account misses my money, and I was hungry. Just saying!

This particular location offers fresh food each visit I have been. I’m usually not a fan of clam strips but I tired them recently from here and I was not disappointed.

The food was great but the service was very slow (maybe short staff) 35 minutes in the drive thru! The drive thru employee was very pleasant.
