I really want to give this place five stars because when they have everything in stock, the food is great. But the problem is they rarely have what they’re advertising. I was only able to get the salmon once, and it should honestly be a permanent menu item. Now with the garlicky chicken shawarma, they’re constantly running out of ingredients and even the chicken itself. I don’t know if it’s the manager or whoever is doing the ordering, but something is way off. The last time I went, they were scraping the bottom of the bins trying to make enough dip for my bowl—it felt ridiculous. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat. If they could consistently keep the menu items and ingredients available, this would easily be a five-star spot.

The associates Kim and Evelyn were so sweet and kind to me. They thoroughly explained everything to me and let me try samples since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, and they showed me how to work the rewards system even though the store was super busy. I really appreciated them :) !

This was my second time eating at the restaurant. Ordered falafel crunch bowl. Basmati rice and black lentils were under cooked. Only give you 2 falafel balls. Charge additional $3.15 for two more. Ordered two pita wraps and one bowl and it cost $42.00. They add on extra charges and label it for something you didn’t get with your order. Be sure to ask what is an extra charge because they won’t tell you that. Don’t intend to dine there again ☹️
