Food is usually pretty good and flavorful, but they definitely skimp on the rice portions. Unfortunately, today I found a huge chicken bone in my bowl and almost choked, which was really concerning. Between the light rice servings and the bone incident, I had to lower my rating. Overall the food tastes good, but they need to be more consistent and careful with quality control.
Deja S. was amazing today. She was extremely patient with me while she took my wife's order while I had her on speaker phone (she was a bit indecisive due to the store running out of the toppings really wanted - she's pregnant) 😀. Deja made some great alternatives, which my wife loved. It's hard to call an audible on food when a pregnant woman has their mind set on something - this turned out okay.
I'm trying to find more healthier Eating out options and it's my first time at Cava Thanks to Isiah's recommendation and customer service I had the BEST and fulfilling lunch
